Welcome to the Factions Thread. Here is where the current factions in the BHOD RP will be listed. What are the purpose of factions? Factions are the major powers currently in the RP. Regular members can join factions in order to receive jobs from that faction as well as pay. Most all pay is received on a weekly basis and most all members will start at the lowest rank within a faction. Through completing different missions or proving themselves in battle a member can move up in rank in their faction.
Factions for the time being are only going to be run by admins. If you'd like to join a faction PM the admin that is currently running it.

Leader: Empress Kitana
Description
The Omega Group is a criminal syndicate which has a venture into all aspects of criminal enterprise. They started out as an information gathering force for the Empress Kitana, but soon she found the power she possessed with criminal organization under her command. The Omega Group has expanded into extortion, piracy, smuggling, racketeering, and espionages; but never slavery. The group takes contracts from all governments, but Empress Kitana’s goals take first priority.
Group
The Omega Group is divided into four groups: Enforcement, Espionage, Piracy, and Smuggling. The Enforcement group is a mercenary force which focuses on backup for espionage teams, intimidating local officials, and fighting against other criminal forces. Espionage group is information gather and assassinations. The piracy group raid ships for cargo and other ships. Smugglers move illegal cargo to any location in the galaxy, being able to outsmart the authorities at every turn. Each group is led by a lieutenant who reports directly to Empress Kitana. Each member selects which group he wise to be part of when he joins the Omega Group.

The Mandalorians
Leader: Mandalore (Canderous Ordo)
Description: The Mandalorians are a race and group of people who believe that battle is necessisary for growth both spiritual and physical. They live by the Six Actions which involve wearing armor, speaking the Mandalorian language, Defending yourself an your family, Contribute to the Clans welfare, Raise your children as Mandalorians, and last but not least, Heed the Call of Mandalore the leader of the people
While most Mandalorians are born Mandalorians it is not unheard of people seeking to become Mandalorian and many have earned their way into the ranks of these proud and mighty warriors. Above all Family and Honor are what the Mandalorians are about.
Ranks: There are no 'offical ranks' in the Mandalorians however, the system is governed more by honor. Who has earned more Honor are above you, and those who had earned less honor are below you.
Pay: Your pay depends totally upon your Honor the Maximum of which is 100 Honor. The equation to calculate your pay within the Mandalorian faction is you take how much honor you've earned and multiply it by one hundred. So if you had 43 honor points then the equation would look like this.
43 * 100 = 4,300 Credits Per week
Gainning Honor: There are a number of things you can do to gain honor, from dueling someone with higher Honor then you. There will also be events to where you can earn Honor and in battle situations you can earn honor as well.
Challenging someone for a duel: If you challenge anyone above you, they get to set the perameters of the fight, for example if you will use blasters, vibroblades, grenades, or any assortment of weapons. Also note should you challenge someone under your honor then it is up either of you to set the parameters of the fight. You do not gain any honor for beating someone at a lower honor then you, however should they beat you they will gain honor. You do not gain honor for beating the same person multiple times in a row or again and again. You can only gain honor from dueling the same person every month or so. Also note that you cannot exceed the honor of the one you have challenged.
MANDALORIANS FROWN UPON USING THE FORCE IN THE DUELING RING so unless specifically laid out in the parameters using the force to win a duel will result in loss of honor.
