Selene was glad that Gala did not attack her. She was hoping that Kamisori would realize that she would not become her father and let them both live. She continued to lean up in the corner stare over at Gala, her ice as if ice.
"You thoughts betray you child. You should know, I have no ties to the Jedi Order. I am far from the Jedi. My ties go back to a golden era that was destroyed the nightmarish storm which me father and uncles created."
Kitana did not know what would happen next, but she was continuously ready incase Gala attacked with the dagger in her boot. All Selene had to do was try to wait out Kamisori.

"Your thoughts betray you child. You should know, I have no ties to the Jedi Order. I am far from the Jedi. My ties go back to a golden era that was destroyed by the nightmarish storm which my father and uncles created." Selene said to Gala.
Gala listened with an expressionless face.
"If that is so, and you are not lying, why are you here with the Sith? You seem ready to learn their ways but reluctant to be like your father." Gala questioned.
She waited for Selene's answer.

Selene looked over at her. She had a valuable argument, even if it was flawed in some senses do to lack of understanding of the Force.
"The Force is much beyond that of groups and philosophies. I witness a battle between Kenshi and a strange man name Zilfer of Shadows. Within this battle abilities beyond my understanding of the Force emerged. Skills which rivaled those of the my grandfather; Lucian, when he combated the Evil King Anemos. That is what I am after, the understand of the abilities my grandfather wielded all those years ago. I hope this would bring me closer to understand him as the person rather then the God."
Selene continued to stare over at Gala. In a way, she herself did not really understand completely why she was here. The reason she gave however felt like it could hold the truth of the reason she choice to go with the Sith rather then try and run.

Gala thought Selene's answer over for a few moments before speaking again.
"Do you yourself believe in your answer or is it something that was simply placed upon you by those who came before and could not find the answer?" Gala asked.
Gala didn't wait for an answer but instead simply leaned back against the wall and closed her eyes to soothe her throbbing forehead and to try and make some sense of what was going on around her.

Selene looked at Galaxy. The kid was so young however she did not have a clue what Selene really was.
"My own father tried to kill me for my beliefs. By all honestly, if am going against everything I ever had believed to claim my Grandfather is not a God."
Selene pulled out a her small tattored "The Book of Lucias" and looked at it before tossing it to Galaxy.
"For thousands of years I upheld that book as though it was the word of God. I led a team that captured people that strayed from this book and now I am one which would have been hunted. I do not know why I keep the book, but I believe the truth of my grandfather my feel void in my heart which I loss hundred of thousand years ago."
The thought hurt Selene to think about, especially her father trying to kill her. She tried not to think about her past, it just to painful.

Gala looked up at Selene in clear surprise. She had not expected such an answer.
"If this is not what you believe," Gala gestured to The Book of Lucias in her hands, "Then what exactly are you expecting to find?"
Gala knew she was starting to drop her guard but her curiosity was beginning to get the better of her.
"Surely you must have at least one thing that you believe to be truth." Gala stated with the craving for more knowledge evident in her soft voice.

Selene looked at the girl. So nieve.
"My grandfather was a goodman, and maybe one of the best. I know that, but what I am looking for is where I come from. Few of my people know all I do, I know now that my father and uncles wrote that book, corrupting many of my grandfathers teaching."
She paused, the pain of her father ran deeper then she had thought. Something in the back of her mind wanted her father to lover her and it felt as if it would do anything to get that love. She pushed her emotions back again.
"I know my father had lost his way; however the blood in my vains did not just come from my father but also my grandfather. A man that I do not physically remember. All I have are emotions, feelings that are at my very core. I hope I can unlock more about him, and that just maybe I can find some peace."
Selene's voice seem weaker. The desire for acceptance of her father seem to grow the more she talked about him. Even if he was wrong, it gave him not right to draw his saber. If only she was a better daughter, maybe he would have loved her enough to overlook her flaws.

Gala's eyes widened once more and her heartbeat escalated drastically. Selene wanted the acceptance of her father. Selene wanted the same thing Gala had wanted all her life. They were different in almost all aspects but in this desire they were the same.
Gala felt dizzy as all her emotions that had been raging since Archos had brought her here finally began to compose themselves. Her resolve to kill and become a sith was breaking.
"I-I can't do this." Gala murmured in a voice so soft Selene could not even hear her.
A sudden longing for her mother's forgiving smile came over her and tears stung at her lavender eyes.
'Master Ryuu, please forgive me. I was wrong. You all tried to help me but I let Kenshi and the others manipulate my unstable emotions. I hope I get a second chance.' Gala thought as every trace of the dark side disappeared from her.

Selene slowed down her metabolic rate, but she kept her mental focus at peak efficenticy. She could survive a long time this way. Hopefully Kenshi would soon notice that Galaxy and her where not going to kill each other and let Galaxy leave. Selene used the time to think about why her father had turned on her. Was it because she was right about her grandfather. They had really got into a real shouting match over the true meaning behind some of the passages in the good book. It felt like the problem ran deeper then that, you do not kill your daughter over the fact she had a better understanding of the faith then you do. She started to dig deep to try and understand the truth.

Gala curled up into a fetal position in the corner where she had been sitting and tried to calm herself down and think things through logically. She knew that if Kenshi knew she was no longer under the influence of the dark side he would kill her unless he had some other use for her. She could easily be used for bait for the other jedi.
'What do I do?' Gala asked herself.
She reached out with the force to see if she could feel the other jedi nearby but her trainning was not enough to sense anything but the sith still around her.

As Gala sat in the corner of the room alone suddenly it began to grow dark, cutting her off from Selene and Kenshi. Suddenly finding herself alone, the room started to grow cold. As the light faintly began to flood back in, Gala found herself sitting alone in the snow at night. The trees all dead around her and the snow falling silently through the frigid air.
"Gala!" A familiar voice called out to her. A voice she would recognize as belonging to her father...

Meanwhile while Selene sat meditation in the cell, a voice of a child suddenly spoke to her.
"What a pathetic thing the Luminos have become..."
The boy couldn't have been more then 12 years old. He had white hair and robes and crystal blue eyes. He also held at his side a glowing blade...
"Marcus, Felix, Ludovicus, Isaac,..... Sylvanus... how could you have allowed this?"

"F-father?" Gala questioned in a weak voice.
A cold fear rushed through her.
"Little Princess. Daddy's home." called her father's voice.
Gala looked around frantically but saw no sign of her father. His words rang in her ears. They were the same as the night he had killed her mother and then come looking for her. She shivered.
"What's going on? This is just a dream or a memory, right?" Gala asked herself outloud.
The only response was the sound of crunching snow signalling approaching footsteps. Gala wrapped her arms around herself tightly.
"Someone help me!" Gala begged no one in particular.

*Selene looked at the young boy. She did not know him, but something about him felt familiar.
"I have only upheld the values of "The Book of Lucian." I have done nothing that it should be ashamed of."
The kid looked a her and just shook his head.
"You have done nothing and for that you should ashamed. Everyone has the power to combat evil."
Selene shocked that the kid would say that. She closed her eyes and realized she was asleep.*
Selene popped her head up off a wooden desk and looked around. She was in her office under the Council Chambers, in the Shadow Guard Corridors. Selene looked around her desk and realize she was sleeping on a file. She flipped it open and looked at it. She was shocked to see it was an execution order for a women and child she had arrested several days ago. She flipped to the last page and looked the name that signed the order; however, she did not recognize the name. Selene collected the file and headed up to the Council Chamber to see her father about this Lady Nyx.

Selene walked up to her fathers office and threw the file down on the desk.
"What with this. Why did they carry out an order of execution if I or you ordered it. Why was this one carried out by this Lady Nyx, I do not even know this shadow Guard."
Sylvanus flipped the file open and looked at the name. He smiled slightly as he closed it.
"Well, don't look at me. I do not need to make up a name to sign a order. But you are right, there is no Shadow Guard under you that goes by the name Lady Nyx."
Selene was not happy about this. Someone had fallowed an order provide by a fictions person. She grabbed the file and stormed out of the office while her father just smiled. He thought this Lady Nyx had what it took to run the Shadow Guards property.

Selene open her eyes from meditating, drawing her self out of the memories of her past. To Selene's shock there was another kid standing in the cell with her.
Selene just looked at the kid. It was the same boy that has haunted her dreams for the last million years.
"Listen. I cut all those ties long ago because they gone to far. What more do you want. Why don't you just leave me alone."
Selene tried to wake herself up, but she started to realize this time she was not asleep. She wondered what was going on with this young man.

"Gala! Come on out here girl!" called the voice again as Gala coward in the snow.
"Are you just gonna sit there?" a new voice said. Suddenly Ryuu was standing in front of Gala, his arms folded across his chest staring down at the girl with a disappointed look on his face, "Hmph... and here I thought you had some potential. This is why you fail, always cowering in the face of opportunity. If you lack the will to do what must be done, others will always have power over you. This is a fact."
"You can't hide forever!" Her father's voice called again, it sounded much closer this time.
"You are weak," Ryuu said turning away from her, "What kind of person would ever accept you? So much hate, so much anger, and yet... you don't use them. Hehehehe..."
As Ryuu began to chuckle his eyes started to glow yellow and his skin grow pale.
"Now is your chance," Ryuu said, "Unleash your anger... let us show him our combined power..."

Meanwhile, in the cell, the boy stared at Selene as she tried to make sense of everything.
"Listen. I cut all those ties long ago because they gone to far. What more do you want. Why don't you just leave me alone."
"Haha," the boy chuckled, "Cut those ties? Who are you trying to fool here, me... or yourself? Weren't you the one just complaining about the desire to understand the truth behind your lineage? Those ties are more a part of you then you'll ever admit it seems. Even after all this time and all your searching... you do not recognize the face of Lucias when you see it..."
