With the Martial Law in effect, broadcasting had been limited and monitored not only by a public network but it ran through a constantly monitored stream by multiple republic networks manned now by the 'Corrupt Republic'. When the Renrut Broadcasting Company was under siege and the silent alarm went off it triggered for but a split second alerting the republic to an odd alarm that only lasted a few moments. Communication was attempted with Renrut Broadcasting Company in order to ensure that everything was safe, while the broadcasts were continued to be monitored.
For the next few minutes, a message was sent to the Republic's First Army upon Coruscant to investigate the Renrut building as a second message was also transferred to the Chancellor. Two squads of the Cloak and Dagger squadron moved to check the buildings surroundings in a fly by. The StealthX's would arrive soon. That being done the Republic networks monitoring the situation could do naught but wait.
After a time there came an unscheduled broadcast change from the Renrut which would have to be screened before making an appearance on the broadcasting stations. Nothing was run live anymore without the consent of the Chancellor thanks to the martial law and Coruscant natives had given up plenty of writes with the Martial Law in place. The display of Jor popped up on the screen and began to talk, the ‘tape was pulled’ and a second copy was already being made. Back up files the intended broadcast was then simultaneously replaced with last week’s reruns of soap-operas popular upon Coruscant. At the same time the Renrut Broadcasting Company’s power was knocked off the grid everything within the building shut down. Backup power generators had been confiscated at the expense of ‘aiding the republic cause.’ These were currently being used by all the additional Republic buildings for monitoring the public.
The Renrut building went black, as the monitoring stations send updated information on the situation and received updates from the military every five minutes. They were already building a story with yet another anti Union members, and anti Jor themes. Using Jor’s voice recording to create an additional voice recordings with his voice pattern. He sure talked long enough. An update to the station was that the use of deadly force had been authorized upon the attackers of Renrut, they were to be labeled as terrorists, spreading propaganda about the republic and that this was that situation that the chancellor had predicted and sought to prevent with the martial law. Codes were being distributed getting a back up ready in case something foul should go wrong, there was two ‘buttons’ the chancellor now held his finger above. One was the total blackout of Coruscant, and the second was the ‘failure’ of all the broadcasting systems upon Coruscant.
Meanwhile back with the StealthX’s they contacted their commander after the first inishial flyby and reported one figure upon the top of the building. They received confirmation to open fire upon the next flyby and two sets of four StealthX’s flew by blasting the top of the roof from two angles one flying higher than the other to avoid smashing into one another, but at the same time leave no room for the figure on the roof to hide. Coruscant news networks would definitely have a nice eventful report once again. After the attack on the Jedi by Jor Halcyon they would see yet another attack by the previous Jedi. It had already been understandable to oppose the martial law but this act would only prove the need of the republic military to keep its civilians safe.

Don had dozed off for about an hour, when there was a loud knock at his door. He stumbled out of his bed, and said, "Enter..." his voice trailing off as he started to wake up. The door swung open, with Welsch holding a rifle in one hand and two guards following him. Marka looked at them like they each had two heads. "Welsch, I thought I told you to leave?"
"Sorry sir, I think you should see this." Welsch said as he turned the holonet on. On every Republic station, there was the same message. Marka sat down in his leather chair as he eagerly watched. There was a tall, built man, in Jedi robes with a lightsaber in his hilt.
[glow=red,2,300]This is a wake up call to everyone out there. This republic is not what it used to be, what it should be. Many of you know this. Chancellor Sourne has violated the Republic constitution, by declaring Martial Law on Coruscant, and personally ordering the unprovoked bombardment of Myrkr. The Senate has become nothing more then a puppet government to the whims of one man, the very opposite of what the Republic is supposed to represent.
We Represent those oppressed Civilians on Coruscant. Those colonists on Myrkr. Those worlds who's representation in the government they love has been dissolved into a mockery of what it should be. We walk in the dark places no others will enter. We stand on the bridge so that no one may pass. We Live by the Force, we Die by the Force. So that others may live. We are the Rebelion to restore the Republic. We are the Army of Light.
No Dictator, No invader, can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms Forever. There is no greater power in the Universe, then the need for freedom. Against that power, Governments, Tyrents and Armies cannot stand. The Sith have learned this many times before. We, the real Jedi, will teach it to them again. Though it take weeks, months, or years you... we, will be free. [/glow]
As the message ended and then began repeating itself, Welsch and the two troopers looked at their leader, waiting for orders. Marka stood up and walked over to the holonet projector, standing right in front of it and watching the man give this speech.
"Sir..." said Welsch, trying not to waste time. "We have received orders from high command to investigate the Renrut building, the source of this...this...this mess." stuttered Welsch at the end. It seemed he couldn't figure out what the hell to say to his leader.
Marka turned around, kind of stunned at Welsch's choice of words, but then thinking he wouldn't know what to say in that type of situation either. "Gentlemen, we are going to stay calm. Welsch, tell all patrols to be on high alert. We are trying to be overthrown. The citizens of Coruscant, the citizens of the Republic, the people of the Galaxy, will want to be reassured that we, the Galactic Republic, will not stand down and let a terrorist organization cake walk all over us!" Marka said. "Maintain CAP along the designated areas, and if any of the pilots see anything suspicious, have them report to us before engaging. If they are shot at, tell them they have the right to defend themselves by any means necessary. Men, follow me."
Marka lead the way out of his room, followed by Welsch and the two troopers. As they were approaching the main center of the HQ building deep underground, Marka saw a long trooper not knowing what the hell to do. Marka pointed to him, signalling to Welsch to get him. Welsch broke off from Marka and the two troops as he approached the Ensign (Dak). "Ensign Dak," said Welsch as he looked at his name pouch, "Have you been assigned a unit? It seems as though you have no idea what the hell you are doing."
Meanwhile, Marka had reached the command center. The TV's were buzzing, along with all the techies and intel officers running through reports from the surface. Right now, instead of the Jedi's message running on the TV, on every station, it was soap operas. The soap opera was of a young couple, arguing over the payments of their rent and the fact that the husband was using their money on cheap hookers.
Marka approached the main center console, showing where all of his troops were. There was a report that a patrol came upon a burning cruiser. There were two burnt bodies in there, according to the patrol, but they couldn't confirm if they were real troopers or fake ones. Either way, this was an act of terrorism. Looking at the screen, Marka sent a message to Bravo Company. The message read...Incognito...the Prince has been disturbed. See to it that his disturbance is dealt with.
On the surface, the commander of Bravo Company stood in front of the comapnie's LAAT's and the men were already boarding them. He waved his arms to the pilots, signaling to them that they had the go. As the commander boarded an LAAT, the transports took off into the night, bound for their destination.
Another message was sent to the 48 Uncles of the First Army, telling them of the same message but with a different meaning. The leaders of the 48 uncles received the message and told the others, each knowing their role as they departed from their base.
Back underground, Marka watched as the happening was taking place. This was something he knew was going to happen. In a way, the Jedi made some sense, but in another way, he didn't. Usually, if you had a protest, if you had the balls, you would walk right up to the Chancellor, hell even the Senate, and express to them how you felt. This wasn't the way to reach the citizens of the Galaxy, thought Marka. He hoped that there wouldn't be mass chaos on the streets. His men weren't trained to handle this kind of shit, they were trained to defend the Republic, not kill all who reside within it.

"Sir" Dak said as he snapped to attention as Welsch approached him. "No sir, I haven't been assigned to a unit, sir" Dak said as he continued to stand at attention. Despite Dak not going through basic, he still had sufficent training thatnks to the Corellian Security Forces, and working as a Merc. So far, shit was going down, and Dak was caught in the middle of it, he had no clue what was going on, and only half an hour into being a soldier, Dak was already caught in something big. Dak had put some of the pieces together, the Republic was under attack, he wasn't sure if it was a real visable threat, or something hidding in the shadows, but whatever it was, it was a pretty big deal. Dak made a mental note to ask Lon once he got a chance, no doubt Lon was already knee deep in trouble.

The soldier on the roof of the Broadcasting building exploded in yellow flame as the X-wings strafed him. He made no effort to fire back, or escape. The top floor of the Renrut building collapsed and a fire started.
His 7 comrades in arms down on the ground floor heard the attack and knew what happened to him. It was a fate waiting for them as well but they accepted it. They put fresh power cells in their rifles and prepared to hold the building from invasion. "So others may live." They said to themselves in unison.
Over on a neighboring rooftop, a man was busy packing up his camera. he'd used a hand held holocamera to capture the death of his brother in arms on the buildings rooftop. Several others had undoubtedly done the same. In the coming days they would be busy scouring the area for kids who'd taken pictures of the event with their datapads. They'd pay ten credits here, fifteen credits there. By the end of the week they'd have a fairly large video and picture collection.

The Cloak and Dagger squad received further orders causing them to swerve through the night air almost undected. (no one say the time of day right? If not eh) They sent a signal to the First Army the code encrypted with just a simple number sequence.
It seemed the higher ups wanted a package brought to the station, and the First army was to be the mailman as well as saviors of those within the building.
Local signals around the building were beinging to be tracked by IP signals and Triangulation the product numbers being registered in a database for further knowledge as well as the acess to them being cracked by Holonet providers. Camera's registering the whole surrounding area for 10 miles in every dirrection including down were being monitored, voice recognition, face recognition, all being recorded to track the situation. Air traffic was being redirected from the sence from multiple sectors and the subject sector was basically under lock down until further notice. If the enemy was in the local area it was likely their own devices would be detected as well as them being recorded from this point on.
The Cloak and Dagger squadrons continued their patrols of area keeping watch for those who would be collecting datapads, if too much were collected in one area the Republic would know and anyone trying to incriminate the republic would be comprimised, not only would the holonet connection to the holonet upload a virus to the datapad deleting all Text, picture, audio, and vidoe data, but they would probably have a dispatched number of republic troops shiped immediately to their location, ASAP. They hopped to have some spare troopers to dispatch into the immediate area of the signals. In addition if any of the data was uploaded to the holonet a similar thing would happen. The so called "Virus" was actually the republic directly manipulating devices, with new codes being created on the fly to counter Subnet Masks, rebounding IP's out of the system, older models, Proxy's, among other things. Hackers were being employed to find errors in the system and fix them for quite a hefty sum as well for datapads in the area.

Lord Hanzo took the streets as he was told by Lord Nanashi. He started out by creating five clones in separate alleyways to keep watch for any people. They would simply be eyes, for now. The shade stared at the roof of the Renrut building, trying to figure out where would be the first place to start. He decided to start at the roofs, where a photographer could get the best pictures.
To get there he decided to first rush out of sight from the people, to avoid suspicion. He bent the light around him through the Force to shield him from the eyes of the public. From there he used the Force again to jump and reach the top of the building. When he noticed there was a person on this roof, packing up what could very well be a recording device. He got rid of his invisibility, saying, "Give me everything. I know what you have witnessed, and that information cannot be allowed to roam."

Don stood, looking at the center screen, showing the transports enroute to the Renrut building. He felt a little uneasy because if it was a terrorist attack, then they'd just blow the damn place up. Marka turned around and began walking towards the main hangar doors, where a transport full of troops was being prepared to take off. He noticed the new soldier, Dak, in the hangar.
"You want some action, Ensign? Come with us." he said, pointing to the ship. Marka grabbed a rifle and put some armor on. On board the transport, the troopers were lugging something into the cargohold of it. Marka had brought a jet pack with him and strapped it onto his back, the other troopers doing the same. Dak followed Don onto the ship and then it took off, bound for the renrut building.
At the scene, Bravo Company arrived with some armor support from other companies. The entire perimeter of the building was surrounded from other companies, each with armor and men at specified points. 10 LAAT's landed in front of the main entrance behind some of the tanks, unloading the men. The other 5 LAAT's hovered alongside the building, with a few of the troopers hanging out the doors. The troopers had their rifles in their hands and fired their guns at the windows, creating an easier entrance. The pilots flew the LAAT's closer to the windows, and then the troopers jumped through the windows. These ships were hovering almost above each other, the troopers doing the same thing to the windows, creating an entrance by breaking the windows. They would clear the second floor, third floor, fourth floor, fifth floor, and sixth floor of work personnel. Intel reported that there were several workers in the building. The LAAT's would have to make several trips to evacuate the building.
Some of the workers in the Renrut building were hiding under their desks, but then emerged from hiding from the site of Republic troopers. The troopers helped the civilians to the LAAT's where they would bring them away from the building and provide any necessities the workers needed. As the last civilians were loaded on the lower floors were loaded, the LAAT's took off and headed for their destinations while the troopers on the ground floor moved into position.
On Marka's LAAT, they were getting near the Renrut building, and Marka opened up a channel to the commander of the assault. "Commander, what's the situation there?"
"We have cleared the civilians on the second through sixth floor, sir. The LAAT's will continue loading civilians and bringing them to the drop off zones. We count 7 terrorists at the main entrance, according to our thermal read outs. They seemed to be armed with rifles, not sure about any other weapons. Our teams are on standby, awaiting your orders."
"You may commence your attack, we will be there soon."
"Roger that, Admiral."
At the site, the commander gave the troops the go. The area was secure for several blocks, with the entire building surrounded. The 10 LAAT's were patrolling the area, just in case the terrorists had anything else up their sleeves. On the ground, a couple of yards in front of the main entrance, 3 Anti-Armor troops fired their rockets at the main entrance doors, creating a large hole, even bigger than the door itself. Smoke was then deployed into the main lobby, where the 7 terrorists were being held up. As the smoke settled, 12 troopers began rushing in the entrance, with their thermal readouts on the huds in their helmets distinguishing the terrorists. The troopers split down two hallways, into two groups of six, where the various hallways that lead to the main receptionist met. On the walls, there were various rooms and doorways where the men could take cover if and when the terrorists fired.
On the east side of the ground floor, 3 more Anti-Armor troops fired their rockets at a wall, creating an entrance for 12 more troops to enter. The troopers entered the hole, again, splitting off into two teams of 6 and making their way down the hall towards the main receptionist where the terrorists were hiding. On the west side, the same thing was done, rocket troops blowing holes in the walls and twelve troopers filing in, and then splitting off into teams of 6 down the hallways. Each hallway that connected to the receptionist were covered by the troops, making their way down the halls with the guns trained ahead of them.
OOC:Phew, a long post. Dak, I just modded you onto the LAAT so we could get things moving.

The various teams on the ground floor had reached the rendevous point. Just down the hall, the terrorists awaited their fate. The teams awaited their orders for the go, knowing that they couldn't go until the workers in the Renrut building were evacuated. The leader of the assault radioed back to the CP. "All teams in position, awaiting further orders." said the leader through the radio.
Back at the CP outside the Renrut building, the men were loading all their gear onto various ships, all part of their plan. A lone, large vehicle, was parked a few blocks from the building, with two men inside directing the radio traffic for the military. One of the men got the message from the teams inside the building and directed it to Don Marka, who would be at the building within minutes.
As Don listened to the message, he nodded his head to everyone on his ship. "You have permission to proceed, limit the civilian casualties." Don put down the radio, then turned to his men. "Prepare to jump!" he said, checking his gun and other gear. "Team A will make the first jump and then Team B will rendevous with at the primary location when the area is clear, got it?"
A loud, yes sir!, echoed in the small hold of the LAAT. Don looked to Dak, the new Ensign, and nodded. "You're jumping with us. Just follow my lead and everything will be alright." he said as the LAAT made a sharp left turn towards the Renrut building. Beside the men, the two doors slid open, revealing the cloud striken skies of Coruscant and the massive buildings alongside them. The traffic had been cleared so civilian casualties would be avoided. The LAAT made dip towards the ground and raced parallel to the ground with the Renrut building in site. As the building got closer and closer, the pilot made another left turn, this time, flying alongside the building, but still at ground level. The ship then suddenly hovered above the ground. The gunner in the laser turret swivelled the turret and aimed it at the wall, firing the green laser and creating an entrance for the team. Don lead the jump, followed by Dak and the rest of the team. They entered here because it would be right behind the terrorists, which would be preoccupied in a matter or moments...
OOC:Dak, your go. Just posted you jumping off with me to get things moving.

Making the jump into the building wasn't anything knew to Dak, he had seen this tactic used several times by Corellian Security forces to infiltrate a building to surround and cut off an enemy, so Dak knew most of the basics of the 'jump', so all he had to do was make sure that all his gear was strapped tightly, the last thing he wanted to have was all his ammo and medical supplies in his pack spill out, and leave him high and dry. When the Admiral nodded to him about the jump, Dak just nodded, and went back to getting his gear set. Dak stood up, and placed his helmet on his head, he gave it a good smack to the side, checing to see if it was on straight, and was fitted correctly, and it was a good luck ritual that started a while back, an it just stuck with him. Dak watched the activity below, peering through the open doors of the LAAT, despite what was going on, Dak could still see some air speeder traffic off in the distance, no where near by, but sitll within sight. When the order came, Dak jumped after the Admiral, landing into the the building with a roll, then bringing himself up onto his right knee, sweeping the area with his A280 blaster rifle, no enemies present. "Clear" Dak said aloud, mostly to himself, a part of training he had picked up on Corellia, but Dak let his training and years of experience kick in.

Don was behind Dak when the Ensign told him it was clear. Don gave Dak a pat on his shoulder, signaling to him that it was time to press forward. Don lead the way, with his Westar pointed in front of him. Dak and the 12 men were right behind him in a staggered formation, so if the enemy saw them, they wouldn't be all clustered for easy targets. Don stopped, knowing that they were nearing the terrorists location. He sent a signal to all the teams in the ground floor, initiating the assault.
With a loud bang from one of the flash grenades one of the teams threw, Don lead the charge down the hall. They would come right behind the terrorists, who were holding up right in the middle. There was no place for them to run or hide.
As the team got closer to the terrorists position and the sounds of heavy blaster fire getting louder, Don raised his hand in the air to signal his team to stop. He ventured further at a slow pace, his gun trained on the door in front of him and walking in a crouched position. Nearing the door, one of the terrorists had burst through the door, with blood spattered on his clothes. He was a younger terrorist. Don stopped in his tracks as the young boy looked at him. Before the young boy could raise his gun and fire, Don had already unloaded his clip into the boys chest. Quickly reloading, Don advanced forward, motioning to his team to follow him. Don ran towards one of the walls adjacent to the terrorists position, providing covering fire as his team began crossing over.

OOC: Sorry Dak, just wanted to get this thing done.
IC: As the last soldier filed in on the other side of the wall, Don continued laying down supressive fire as all the teams began overwhelming the terrorists. There was only about 4 left, the dead ones suffering a fate with lasers peppering their bodies. Don pressed a button on his wrist, telling the assault troops to hold their fire. With the fire stopped, the terrorists looked at each other.
"Leon, what do we do? We have no way of getting out."
"It's alright, kid. We already accomplished our mission," Leon said as he threw his weapon to the ground. The other terrorists did the same, then Leon shouted, "We surrender!" to the Republic troopers. Don came around the corner with his gun trained on the man. They already had their hands raised as the troops surrounded them. Don looked at them in disgust and then turned to a trooper. "Have all the employees been evacuated?"
"Yes sir, we also found a few stunned ones too."
"Alright, take them to the hospital, when they are better, see if they can remember anything."
"Yes sir. Also sir, the package is here."
"Good, have all the men evacuate to their designated area. When we are out of the vicinity, awake Big Pappa."
The soldier nodded and took off to tell the others to evacuate. Outside the Renrut Building, the CP's had already moved with not a soul in site. Every civilian was evacuated during the fighting, each told that they would be allowed back to their homes after the situation was dissolved. Several LAAT's had flown in to extract the soldiers and their captives. Don walked out of the building with Dak and the rest of the troopers. As the last trooper filed onto their ship, the LAAT's took off and headed for base. Don breathed a sigh of relief and then looked at Dak. "You did well today, Ensign. We live to fight another day." Don said as he patted Dak's shoulder. Turning around, Don looked out the doors of the ship, watching the sun begin to set. A trooper handed him a detonator device. "You can have the honors, sir."
Don took the device from the trooper. Flicking the switch, Don pressed the button, activating the EMP bomb. The bomb was placed at the Renrut building and was meant to disable any electronical means that were used to frame the Republic for the attack, to make them look like the bad guys. All the Republic troops and civilians had been evacuated to avoid the EMP blast and possibly harm their electronics. The military assured those civilians that would have their stuff affected by the blast be replaced by the government.
Arriving back at base, the troopers unloaded and the terrorists were taken to holding cells, where they would be later interrogated. Don watched as the troopers scurried around, doing their work. Turning to Dak, Don told him, "I am heading away for a bit, command wants me to go on leave. I am giving you permission to go on leave, do whatever you please. Just stay out of trouble. If you need anything, just see Captain Welsch. I'll be back in a few weeks." Don saluted Dak and then went to the hangar bay, where his gear was already loaded. Saluting the MP's, Don boarded his ship and took off, then entered hyperspace.

Dak looked over the terrorists as they put thier hands up, a motely bunch at best, hardly what Dak would've called a threat, but they were up to something more then what everyone was letting on. Walking over towards a dead terrorist, Dak gave the body a quick kick to the side of the head, as if to check to make sure that the man was dead. Dak liked to take a little momento from every battle he was in, so he tore off a piece of cloth from one of the dead terrorist's arm, "It's a momento, It'll go great with my collection" Dak said, holding the piece of cloth up to the other troopers, who were looking curiously at him. Pocketing the piece of cloth, Dak slung his rifle across his back as the rest of the troopers were leaving the scene, Dak followed the Admiral out, not saying much, Dak got onto the LAAT after the Admiral. "Thank you sir" Dak repplied after hearing the praise from the Admiral, if Dak could keep his head down, he might make it past thirty. After returning to base, Dak spent some time in the rec room, mostly socializing with other troopers, listening to something about some swoop race coming up in the next few days, and where the best dinner on Coruscant was, nothing really important. There was a pool going around, to see which rider would win the swoop race, Dak put a couple credits down on the newest racer, Girdun, something about, he seemed to have everything going for him, and hopefully he'd win, and make Dak a few hundred credits richer.

"Would you happen to know about what happened at the Renrut Building?" Lord Hanzo asked a walking citizen who was leaving the area. He gave a hearty smile, while also soothing his target through the Force to get the information he sought to destroy. All in the name of love, or so he claims.
"Of course I did," the stranger replied, pulling out a recorder while smirking. "I will be sure to publish this, do not worry. The truth shall be revealed."
"Right, right." Lord Hanzo grabbed the man quickly and pulled him off the streets. To shield this he used the Force to bend the light around them, making them invisible. He also left two shadow clones, one taking his image, and one taking the target's. And when he was away from seeing eyes, he quickly broke the man's neck and dropped him onto the ground. "I am on a mission to make this event never happen, you see. It is nothing personal."
Grabbing the deceased's belongings, he began to search for anyone he may have sent the footage to.
That was how Lord Hanzo had been taking care of the situation the entire time. Elimination, from all seeing eyes. From one victim many more would branch until he was sure that there would be no civilians that knew about the incident. The lives of these citizens were worthless to him. If one knew, he thought, then they would live to tell the tale.
These tactics proved to be effective with his ability to send clones over the area. As more clones were produced he started to be strained, but his desire. His purpose pulled him through. No guilt, no remorse. Only one life was important now.
As the corpses accumulated he started to bring them over to an area close by to the Jedi Temple. Hidden from view, of course. By the time he deemed his assignment finished the streets in the area surrounding the Renrut building were quite empty. Lord Hanzo was left drained, causing him to disperse his clones after the corpses were delivered. "Well, well," he said to himself, laughing weakly. "I believe I have done an excellent job at censoring." Panting, he created clones again to carry the corpses, each of them using the Force now to phase into the Jedi Temple Underground.
