I was wondering if it was possible for a force-wielder of VERY high lvl be able to create matter or objects or even beings by the use of the force?
For example, if a force wielder wanted to have a sandwich, all he would have to do is concentrate, apply the rules of the force, and POP a sandwich would appear.
Now, i know that a sandwich is totally stupid to create and that the amount of energy needed for such an action would be great. But, is it possible?
(Like i said, if this was possible, it would only be possible for a VERY high lvl force-wielder and not my wimpy lvl one nubsicle)

no, you can not create nor destroy matter.
if you could make a sandwich appear out of thin air is a completely different matter however. I'm sure at some point, with enough meditation and an extended period of time with the correct constituent molecules a force user could combine them in such a way as to form a Tuna Sub.
but again, to what point and purpose?

That example i gave was a stupid example, im sorry.
A better one would be to create a sword out of a rock, or a shelter out of a grove of trees....
do you get what im saying?

well first. thats not something out of nothing. Thats something out of something else.
Second, you can build a shelter out of trees using telekinesis. moving various branches and logs into place and make a lean too. given enough time and effort you could make a log cabin even.
the sword could be made of stone, using telekinesis in a similar manner. Break the rock away until all that is left is a sword shaped chunk of the rock. It would be useless in battle because it'd just be a sharp rock in the shape of a sword, but it could be done.
as for physically changing a substance like a rock into a metal sword as if it were some kind of alchemy i'd go so far as to say it's possible. but would take a very long period of time to do, let alone a long time to learn how to do such a thing. you'd not only have to be an expert with the force but with physics and chemistry as well.

^^I was going to say the EXACT same thing...You'd need to know what materials are in what, How much of said materials were within any given object, You need to know How much whatever you're creating is going to require. You could even make things with multiple materials So long as you gathered the before things together first. At least that's what i would assume.
Isn't Sith alchemy, Or Jedi forging about the same has this?

Jedi Forging is emboding the lightside of the force into an object to strengthen it. The Jedi used it before they had lightsabers to produce a stronger Katana.

Ok, that gives me a number of questions: Can Jedi forging be applied to technological objects such as ships or light sabers? How powerful must one be in order to use Jedi Forging? Has it died out or can jedi npcs still use that skill if you specify that they have the knowledge to do it?

While it was a fairly common thing back in the day. it's sort of been lost because with the advent of lightsabers it's become kind of useless. Vodo-Siosk Baas was an expert of it however and used it in his duel against Exar Kun with his walking stick.

No the man who battled Exar kun had a walking stick he used to fight against Exar kun's double bladed lightsaber which used to be one of my favorite weapons.
There are many things you can do with the force, such as everyone has just stated.
Sith Alchemy is still used, and a most recent example of Sith Alchemist would be Dred Akunin, Hatori's father. He combined many different spiecies into himself making him more animalistic in nature, as well as making the Anemos Virus.

So THATS how elifain got infected.......why did the guy make the virus in the first place?
And are the people on Chinine within range to get the virus?

The virus is not on chinine so no....
Elifain was infected by one of Dred akunin's undestroyed experiments.
