Dred Akunin: You are not my master yet. That power is not yet yours. We will go to Coruscant together, one as powerful as Splin will require all we can throw at him. If we do this, we do it all the way. No half assin it.

Dred Akunin: Darth Atredious himself could not kill this man and you would send me to do it alone? Do you take me for a fool Lord Nexus? This battle is too important to show any mercy! Now you can come with me or face Splin yourself.

Darth Nexus: Then we must part ways for now. You must go to Dantoonie and crush all resistance, stay there and await my orders until further notice. I will go to Courscant and face Splin Cell alone...

Dred Akunin: I can live with that. I will go right away.
Dred entered a seperate shuttle and left Nexus on Alderaan taking off for Dantooine. Suprise would be his greatest weapon. Dantooine's sparce population would allow Dred to conquer it swiftly.

Nexus landed his ship on Courscant and strolled to the Jedi Temple, Splin was already waiting for him. After Nexus defeated this last obstical nothing would stand in his way, he would have complete control over the galaxy. He nodded to Splin who nodded back to him. They stood facing each other about 15 feet apart in a dramatic fashion, they were alone, the armies had not arrived yet.
Splin Cell: So...You have strayed so far from the path Master Samuel?
Darth Nexus: Now that is a name I have not heard in a long long time...
Splin Cell: You do you know you can put a stop to all this violence?
Darth Nexus: I have never been one for violence. But it seems to work in times of desperation.
Splin Cell: Is that what you are, desperate?
Darth Nexus: No my friend. You up showed my once. Made me look like a fool infront of the entire galaxy. You took Cain from my very grasp.
Splin Cell: Is that why you are doing this? That is not the Jedi way.
Darth Nexus: I was never a Jedi...I was always a stranger. I still am. Shall we do battle now? Or will your forfit?
Splin Cell: I'm afraid I can not step aside.
Darth Nexus: So be it....

On Dantooine, a figure in black approaches the ruins of the Jedi enclave. He is accompanied by dark clouds and the grass whithers and dies as he steps over it. Dred ignites his red lightsaber as several Jedi pour out of the enclave.
Jedi Knight: You will go no further Sith!
Dred extends his hand and all the Jedi grab their heads and fall to their knees. The screams of pain and suffering inside their heads is too much to bare. Dred walks by them and uses the force to rip the door off the enclave entrance. Inside a lone Jedi meditates.
Kyle Drex: ...............You.....
Dred Akunin: Yes, me.
Kyle Drex: You can kill us all but you will never find what you seek. It is an impossible dream.
Dred Akunin: One so powerful as you must've known I would come. Soon Splin will be dead...and you with him. What then will become of the Jedi? This dream is almost a reality.
Kyle Drex: Then finish it. I am unarmed....
Dred Akunin: Not even the Luminos can escape their destiny.
Dred extended his hand and began to drain the life from Kyle. The power was almost too much for Dred to hold as the beam of light that came from Kyle was bright enough to blind Akunin. As the light faded, Dred's eyes glew red and Kyle was gone.....only his robes remained.....

Nexus reached inside his robe and drew his saber out, the red blade slowly ignited. Splin did the same, except his blade was a jade color. They stared each one down for a moment before either made a move, they both leaped into the air. Their sabers hit one anothers and they both fliped backwards and kicked off the feet of each other, even in the air they still attacked. Things seemed to move in slow-motion as you can see Darth Nexus lean his head back just in time to avoid a lightsaber to it, Splin had to lean forward to avoid the attack to his mid-section. They land back on the ground and a portion of Splin's robe falls to the ground, it had been cut by Nexus's saber. Splin looked at it in disbeliefe and Nexus saw this as a time to attack, he rushed Splin. He moved so quickly there appeared to be more then one Darth Nexus, soon enough they had all disappeared.
Darth Nexus: AHH!
Darth Nexus fell from the sky with his lightsaber pointed down at Splin, Splin rolls to the side and barly dodges the attack. He has to quickly parrie another swipe from Nexus in order to regain his balance, Splin jumped back a few feet. Nexus twirled his lightsaber as he walked circled around Splin, soon it would be the time to attack. Splin let his Luminos blood shine through, it almost seemed to light up his whole body. Nexus thought it was impressive, but not worthy of power. Lord Nexus let his eyes roll into the back of his head a moment later they snapped back down and were a golden-yellow color, the eyes of a true darksider.
Splin Cell: Have you fallen so far as to kill your only hope?
Darth Nexus: I have not fallen! I never belonged to anything!
Splin and Nexus charged at one another, too fast to even see. They had run past each other about 15 feet and had stopped in a dramatic fashion facing back to back, they waited...Splin's hand could be seen touching his mid-section, a moment later he fell to the ground. The great Luminos was no longer a problem, he would become one with the Force. Nexus put his saber away and walked over to the corpse of Splin.
Darth Nexus: Thank you my friend.

Nexus ripped a peice of metal off from a lowered ship and began carving letters into it with his saber, a phrase had been made. It read as such, 'Here fell a great warrior by the name, Splin Cell. A son to Eva and the savior of the galaxy, he fought bravley and died with honor. May he be remembered as a hero to all.' Darth Nexus slammed the metal into the ground where Splin had fell, he turned to his old friend and picked his body up in his arms. He carried it to his ship so that it would be safe until Splin could be given the proper rights, he would go back to Naboo. But until that time his body would stay on the ship of Lord Nexus, the safest place in the galaxy. Darth Nexus took off from Courscant and sat above the atmosphere, he would watch things unfold from on high. Nexus was able to get a hold of Darth Striker finally after several tries, Striker came in clear and calm.
Darth Striker: Yes...
Darth Nexus: I need you to come to Courscant. But first stop at each world that has extra droids that we can use. Go back home aswell and gather the droids gaurding the compound. Then come to Courscant with them, you must lead them into battle my friend.
Darth Striker: I understand...
*Radio clicks off*
Darth Nexus: I know...I know.
It was a desperate time for the two. They might have to sacerfise everything for this dream, but if they won then it would be a most glorious time for the galaxy. No longer would there be wars, unneeded violence, it would all come to a halt and there would be peace at last.

In a darkened room onboard his ship, Darth Kumori stands infront of a large holoprojector displaying a 3-D image of Coruscant. The war is almost over... Kumori grabs his black robe and puts it on, he pulls the hood over his face, hiding it in the shadows. After entering a short code, Darth Nexus appears on the holoprojector.
*hologram*Darth Nexus: What is it?
Darth Kumori: Have you takin the capital yet Lord Nexus?
*hologram*Darth Nexus: Not quite yet. Splin is dead, it is only a matter of time now.
Darth Kumori: Good....I will be joining you shortly. We are close Lord Nexus, don't fail me now.
*hologram*Darth Nexus: I wouldn't worry about that.

Dred entered the cockpit of his ship and entered the coordinates for Coruscant. He could sense the end of the war was near. Dred sent a transmission to Nexus.
Dred Akunin: Nexus, Kyle Drex is dead and Dantooine is now under the control of our armies.
*hologram*Darth Nexus: Excellent. Splin too has been eliminated, my master will show himself soon.
Dred Akunin: I know, I'm on my way now. Oron's army will be coming soon, you'll need my help to destroy them....and Kumori.
*hologram*Darth Nexus: I'll be expecting you.....

Dred's ship connected with that of Nexus's hip and Dred walked down the ships to speak with Lord Nexus, he arrived to see Nexus finish up talking to himself. Nexus stood up and greeted Dred.'
Darth Nexus: Well done Dred. But now there is only one last thing. Go to the surface of Courscant and meet up with Striker, you two will lead our armies into battle against Oron.
