"No problem..." Kayen said as he got to the bridge and he quickly moved to the center of the bridge. "Prepare the gravity wells, ready the Raptors!" one of the lieutenants saluted him quickly and started to relay orders to the rest of the crew.

Paige walked into the bridge with Kayen but stayed back and waited for orders from him, She moved to the right side of the doorway and quietly watched everyone carry on with there orders assuming she would get something like before where she would be leading a boarding party into the Freighter.

Kayen waited as the Raptors started to attack the ships and the gravity wells came up. The Raptors started on the best armed escorts first, firing with all they had.

the Two Ranger-class gunship's came into range and engaged the Raptors while the Freighter unable to jump to hyperspace fell back, One of the Ranger gunships took hits to its front energy shield but started firing its Turbolasers-though not vary accurate, While the shots fired at the other-farther away-Ranger missed as it began to fire its Hi-tracking quad laser at one of the Raptors. ---------------------------------------------Elsewhere--------------------------------------------- Paige deciding there were more things do to then stand around waiting to board the Freighter moved toward Kayen, "Do you have any orders?" A coded message was sent of an encrypted package which most could break if they had the proper funds. It was a short message but it was perfectly clear once the ship compute decrypted it. It read:
Destroy all ships currently engaged with and return to base of operation with goods. The Vigo want his cut now.
While it was another layer added to the evidence linking the Black Sun to the piracy, it also told Kayen and Paige that Kitana wanted them to return. It did not however hint to the fact that Kitana was recalling them for an even more dangerous and rewarding mission.

Kayen looked at Paige and then the computer beeped. He quickly ran over to the conn officer and looked at the message, before he sent a message to the ships. "Destroy all targets!" The ships acknowledged the order and turned both Raptors on the same Ranger, unleashing their torpedoes into the same location of the target. Kayen glanced at Paige "we have to return to base..."

The Ranger that was attacked by the two Raptor tried to evade by moving to Port but this proved to be a mistake doe to the ship now being a larger target it made it easier to hit blowing it up, while the sip farther back continued to fire at the same raptor attempting to Perice through the energy shields.

Paige began to wonder what Kayen was reading , But instead of moving beside kayen to see she would wait sure that she would be informed when it was her time to know. Once Kayen told Paige they needed she was almost tempted to ask why but orders were orders and she would follow.
"Yes sir, Is there anything i need to do?"

With one Ranger down and the Freighter unable to fight, The captain of the Ranger seemed to evaluate the situation deciding that it wasn't worth it he gave the order to retreat to the Freighter, And while it began a long turn to starboard with it moving forward only to turn it a circle one of the Raptor moved past the Ranger with its extraordinary speed, And while trying to fire his load of starboard missiles at the raptor moving in for the Freighter the other one made its move on the Ranger unleashing more then enough to bring the Shields down, And though not impossible to win without ones shields, The captain of that ship wasn't experienced enough to survive this battle and the raptor finished him off.
The other reach the Freighter and after twanty munites or so had all the goods from it and had planted the small hints that this was done by the black sun, After words they jumped out of system leaving only the remains battle they had just fought.
