Training and Such III: Return of the King

[Zilfer Of Shadows...]

Zilfer watched as Jor took Ravenous' crystal and then tossed it back, just after he had asked what it meant. He smirked beneath his mask as he addressed Jor first. "I'll hold the fort. I doubt the sith will come here but you can never be sure." said Zilfer as he turned back to Ravenous and then drew his lightsaber igniting the dark core lightsaber that faded to red. He still hadn't changed it back to his old dark core's silver color.

"Don't be mistaken in thinking that Color means anything for a lightsaber. People might get different impressions if you use certain colors however there is no clear definitive right or wrong choice for a lightsaber," said Zilfer as he deactivated his lightsaber and tossed it to the side of the room using a slight telekinesis to cushion it's fall, which was soon followed by his mask as he reached up and cast it aside.

"I suggest that whoever doesn't want force training leave the room," said Zilfer as he opened himself fully to the force letting it flow throughout his whole body. The feeling was as light as ever as his focus became clearer. He already had a few moves planned that were defensive, and fitting of a jedi, and he knew some moves Jor wouldn't like him teaching students so new to the force. Power easily corrupted most people, and unfortunately for him, he felt the urge almost constantly.

Taking the crystal back into his grasp Ravenous returned it to his inner sash for safe keepings. Stepping away from Zilfer he watched and waited for the man to began his teaching of the force. 'I suppose that is true......but I will take this for a later use.'

Removing his hood and mask Ravenous stood before the legendary man prepared to learn anything he could. "You can count me in then..."

[Xuku]

Xuku stood nearby as Zilfer responded to the others. He heard Zilfer mention training in the force, and wondered if he might also be trained... they were about to begin, so Xuku decided he should ask now if he was going to. He approached the group, saying:

"Hello. My name is Xuku; I am sorry if I am interrupting anything - but I have been searching for this place for years, and I have always been interested in being trained as a Jedi. I heard you mentioned that you will train all who are interested; might I also join in?"

[Kyllian]

Well, we have another comrade joining us. I wonder how he'll do....

Kyllian took a step forward and watching as his master took off his mask and tossed aside his lightsaber. Then, as Zilfer got into his force trance, Kyllian followed suit and let the force flow throughout his own body as well. While he opened himself up to the force, he felt this whimper.....or rather a cry from the force......and it was pretty near too.....

Looking around at those around him he examined each one in turn. Yuki wouldn't have any darkness in her, she's too kind for that. Zilfer just got over his dark side and even though he may have just battled it, he still has control. Though when Kyllian looked over at Ravenous, he felt pain, suffering, anguish, sadness.

Kyllian let his body and mind relax as he allowed his eyes to see through all illusions that the universe may contain. His vision wavered for a second and then everything turned gray and colorless. As he looked at the people around him, Kyllian saw that Zilfer was encased in an aura of gray with small faint tinges of red. Yuki was fully encased in a blue aura so bright Kyllian had to bring up his hand to shield his eyes. When he saw Ravenous, suspicion and confusion succumbed to his soul as Kyllian saw a blood-red aura.

I will keep an eye on that one....for sure.........

Kyllian then refocused his mind on the current events at hand, storing away his new found knowledge in the back of his mind.

[Moonfire]

Slowly the Jackie D a Cutter Class Corvette made its descent, landing just away from the Temple.

"Alrighty boys, end of the road." Said Kailani as the exit ramp came down. "Its been fun, but I gotta hit Mandalore. Give me a call if you need any help getting this one out of trouble again." Kai tilted her head back towards Drake, giving him a grin and a kiss on the cheek.

"Let me know if the kid doesn't make it back okay? I miss having adventures like that all the time."

[Cain]

Kyo stepped back into the temple to look for Jor and report the results of his assignment... Jor however was no where to be found. After a quick search of the temple Kyo decided to just take it easy for a bit. He returned to his rather cozy quarters and sat himself down to meditate...

"You do know... don't you... you need my help."

"You may be able to fool all those idiot lackeys of yours, but you still do not fool me, father. Zilfer's failure has exposed you. Whether you would admit it or not, a blow has been dealt to your Empire. You need me now..."

"You are weak... weaker even than Nanashi was. Your training is not yet complete. If we were to go forward now you would no doubt suffer the same fate. Your bonds with those on the outside still run too deep."

"I will sever those connections. Just tell me who you will need eliminated... master..."

"Dromund Kaas... Korriban... Korriban."

An image now appeared before Kyo of the Valley of the Dark Lords. Here he saw what looked like himself only in black robes. There was a Twi'lek woman with him that Kyo did not recognize. The one that looked like him though... it wasn't him, Kyo could feel it. But that only left one other explanation. The dark side on Korriban shrouded much of the vision but Kyo could still see him. It was Ryuu... not Cain, and he was alive on Korriban.

After awakening from his meditations Kyo remained in his room for a long time. He thought hard about what these most recent visions meant. Was it Ryuu's voice he had heard with Cain's? Was this vision he had of Ryuu the past... or the future? Could Ryuu really still be alive somewhere? Kyo's first impulse would be to ask Jor about all this, but Jor was gone. If Ryuu was indeed on Korriban now, his window of opportunity to find him would close quickly.

After hours of thought Kyo made up his mind. He left his quarters and the temple, getting into his X-wing. He took off from the surface of Ilum and entered in the hyperspace coordinates for Korriban...

[Drake]

Drake smikred when Kai kissed his cheek "Later babe, I'll try and stay out of trouble" he said kissing her on the cheek back. Drake climbed off the ship and looked around at the temple he walked around for a bit until he found Jor "Fancy digs ya got yourself here" he said to him as he leaned against the wall. "So, what did I miss?" He asked.

Aznable climbed off the ship and looked around he didn't wantto stay there for too long he walked over to Drake "I'll be gettin out of here soon, just want to grab some food" he said to him.

Jor turned his head to tell the pilot to take off but he got suddenly dizzy. He was sick to his stomach as well, which he found particularly interesting considering he didn't have a stomach anymore. He closed his eyes and concentrated, feeling the pulsing wave of negative emotions and tracking it to it's source.

"Dammit Kid." Jor said to no one. He pointed a finger at Tycen. "Stay here."

Climbing out of the shuttle he ran back into the temple looking for Kyo. The force guided him to the room where he meditated but by then it was too late. Kyo had already left. Jor went back down towards the shuttle and keyed his com. "Jor to Hyperion. Are you tracking any ships leaving Ilum."

The comm officer came back immediately. "One ship sir, X-Wing class. It's on an outbound vector."

Jor tried to snap his fingers but found it didn't work with his armored hands. "Dammit Kyo! Hyperion, track it. Plot all vectors along it's exit trajectory and have them ready for me by the time i'm on board."

He shut off the com and broke into a full sprint. On his way back through the temple he yelled at the top of his considerable lungs. "Kyo's doing something stupid!"

He jumped back into the Dragoon and sealed the hatch. "Pilot, take off now. Get me on the Hyperion on the double."

[Ragasaurus-Rex]

Tycen was still lost in thought when Jor told him to stay where he was, The sudden burst energy Jor showed in running out of the ship snapped Tycen wide awake and out of his own world. He did as Jor instructed ans stayed but the moment he got back on the ship tycen jumped out of his seat and asked. "What's happened Jor?" He could feel something was off, Just as Jor most of earlier when he ran out of the shuttle.

Jor sat down and strapped in. "Kyo's about to do something stupid i can feel it."

The pilot of the Dragoon gave a thumbs up to them in the passenger cabin and the shuttle lifted off the ground. forgoing his preflight checks the pilot hit his throttle and the shuttle blasted off into space as fast as he could make it go without shaking apart.

Upon landing in the hanger on the Hyperion Jor didn't spend any time inspecting his new flagship. Instead he ran to the bridge. The Bridge doors slid open, and he walked onto the deck. "You have my list?"

Captain Onasi came up to him and handed him a datapad. "The coarse he jumped out on had these systems within a 60 light years distance in either direction."

Jor looked down the list, most of them were empty systems or systems that didn't have charted hyperspace routes. At the bottom of the list the Horuset system was listed. Jor rolled his eyes and pointed at it, turning the datapad around to show him. "A hundred credits?"

Captain Onasi looked at the listing and shook his head. "No bet. I'll get us there Master Halcyon."

Jor nodded and tossed him the datapad. "How fast can you get this bucket moving?"

The captain turned and glared. "Master, this is no bucket."

Jor nodded towards the viewport. "show me."

The captain nodded and moved to the front of the bridge. "Helm, lay in a coarse for the Horuset system. Lock auxiliary power into the hyperdrive and shunt power from the weapons to our engines."

A few moments later Lieutenant Ven responded. "Coarse plotted Captain, moving out of the gravity well of Ilum now."

Dustil sat down in his chair and looked out the viewport. "Engage."

The Hyperion sped up to near lightspeed and entered hyperspace in the blink of an eye. the stars in the viewport elongated into lines and twisted into the ever familiar hyperspace tunnel.

[Moonfire]

As the Hyperion entered hyperspace, another ship exited, entering the system and headin towards Ilum. The Zyla Bram lowered more as Moonfire quietly moved herself from the room she had been sleeping in towards the hangar. Climbing aboard one of the shuttles, the girl headed back down to the surface, quickly entering the Temple.

Looking towards Kyillian, Moonfire asked gently "Where are Jor and Kyo? I need to speak with them." Her calm voice filled with obvious distraction as her stomach rolled and twisted unpleasantly.

[Drake]

Drake was still sitting as he watached everything go on, he had just gotten back as thus he didn't feel like following after Jor and Kyo on whatever crazy ass adventure they had planned. Honestly he was a little saddened that Kai had to go so earlier. Drake closed his eyes where he sat and kicked his legs up to try and get some rest, that was until he heard Moonfire come back in. He opened his eyes and looked over at her "They just left out" he said to her "Don't know where they went..." he laughed a little "You can talk to me, I may not look it but I am somewhat of a Master" he said to her.

The hyperion comes back to ilum and jor goes down in a shuttle and walks back into the temple, maybe with Tycen with him or maybe without him.

"Hi guys... oh, moonfire. your back."

Tycen, Who had spent the better part of the trip in and around his temporary quarters while he meditated on different Lightsaber designs he wanted to try, He even managed to come up with a few parts he needed, But no saber was forged during the short exhibition.

He now strode with Jor back Into the Jed temple, Nothing needed to be said between the two, Least as far has Tycen knew, So it remained a walk in silence. until Jor noticed Moonfire and shouted out to her.

Drake looked over at Jor "Oh well guess he's back" Drake said to Mooney he yawned and closed his eyes back. "So, what are you guys up to Jor?" Drake asked him "Just training or do you have a mission I can go on?" he questioned.
