Walking down one of the small streets of Theed was a stunning women that looked like she was in her late twenties. Her dress placed her as an off-worlder but something about her made the people that passed her think she could be a native. The women slowly made her way around the small shops looking into the window, however so many different products where offered that no one could conclude what she was looking for.
The women finally turned into one of the shops; a real-estate shop. The small group of men which had been watching and fallowing her; trying to build up the courage to speak to her instantly knew she was an off-worlder. They all scattered into the crowd, not confident enough to fallow her into the shop.
Inside the shop a man greeted the women.
"Welcome. How may I assess you today miss."
The women was looking at the adds on the wall, but she slowly turned around to look at the realtor.
"Why yes you can. I am looking to purchase a large amount of undeveloped land near a water front to build myself a home. I would like it to include waterfront access along and a large amount of land all around it to help isolate it."
The man looked at the women. She was not dressed as an aristocrat or some wealthy off-worlder, but more like a Corellian Smuggler. He wondered if she really knew the prices which she was going to need to spend.
"Well, most of the lake country is the favorite locations to purchase a home; however, it is very expensive."
The women looked at him. "Price is not a factor. Do you have any satellite maps of the Lake Country with property for sale."
The man looked at her with shock, feeling she was biting off more then she could chew; however, he would not be rude. He grabbed a datapad off his desk and pulled up the images of the Lake Country.
"So, why are you choosing to settle on our planet miss."
The man did not sound rude, just making small talk as the women looked at the maps.
"Well, it is simple. You allow droids to be citizens. And you may call me Cele."
The man looked at her shocked, there was no way that she was a droid. It must be that she had made friends with an advance droid which she wanted to share equal rights with. He came to this conclusion because she did not look like one and furthermore she did not set off any sensors which they had set up to detect droids.
"Well, I am sure your friend well be happy here also."
Cele looked at him and pulled out a datacard.
"No sir, I want to be a citizen of a planet. I want this parcel. Here is my account information. They do not currently know of my status so if you could not tell my banks until I have been granted citizenship I would be much appreciative."
The man looked at the parcel which she had selected and was shocked at its size. It covered an entire lake and a small island. He still found it hard to rap his mind around the fact she was a droid. She was so human like, she even blinked and breathed. He did not question it, but when right to work checking her accounts. He was surprised to she the numbers in them. He never seen that many zeroes in his life. He went right to work as the droid continued to looked at fliers for other business.
