Exiting hyperspace and flying lower over the planet, Ryuu's fighter maneuvered its way over a long deep canyon and slowly descended down. The walls of the canyon sparkled with the lightsaber crystals that were buried within. At the bottom the entrance to one of the mines was marked like many of the Jedi temples across the galaxy. Ryuu stepped out of his fighter to see a young Jedi sitting alone in meditation.
"Been working hard, my young padawan?" Ryuu asked Moonfire as he slowly approached.

Sitting cross legged in meditation sat Mooney, her now longer black hair falling partially over her closed eyes. Breathing softly she barely registered the fighters landing, or even the soft steps the Master took as she moved close towards her.
Then the voice she had deeply missed echoed in her ears, pulling her out of her mediation and causing her to crack open a single blue eye. Jumping up and quickly running towards him she all but tackled Ryuu into a hug.
"Master Ryuu! I have missed you..." she said hugging him tightly still.

Falling on his back, Ryuu gave Mooney a smile, "Heh, I see you haven't lost any of your energy... I missed you too."
Picking himself back up, Ryuu dusted himself off and found a near by rock to take a seat.
"Well... I'll get right to the point," Ryuu began, "We have a situation. An Intangible named Jack Razor has returned, the Jedi Council has commissioned us to begin a new and more intensive training in preparation."

Mooney blushed lightly, but quickly puller herself back to her normal pale complexion, as she jumped off Ryuu. "What can I say? Some things never change..." Brushing some of the dust off his back she followed him towards the rock.
"Jack Razor? Intangible? Explain." she said lifting a dark eyebrow.

"Hehe..." Ryuu chuckled slightly, "Forgive me, I got a bit ahead of myself. Intangibles are an almost extinct race of angel like humanoids who have had a rich history in the force. I admit, my knowledge of their history is sparse, but I do know that it was an Intangible who founded the Kumori and the Kumori shadow arts are based upon the Intangible's force training."
Ryuu paused a moment, seeing if Moonfire was keeping up before moving on.
"Jack..." Ryuu said slowly, "Jack quite simply is an Intangible of terrifying power. His knowledge of the force has aided him in carrying out countless atrocities. Most notably the mass genocide of the Luminos and the Intagibles themselves... and the destruction of an entire galaxy."

"An entire galaxy?" muttered Mooney in awe. It sounds like quite the terrible power, in what seemed to be the completely wrong hands.
"So Jack Razor has returned... and we need to start training immediately... Wow, what else has changed since I left?" Moonfire asked worriedly as she began to pace anxiously, unable to remain still for very long.

"What else?" Ryuu answered, "Well the Sith have been all but eliminated. With the help of Zilfer, Luster and Alex we were able to defeat Kamisori, Akunin, and Archos. Though, Kankage on Chinine was totally destroyed. It was in that battle that Jack got a hold of the Blade of Balance and escaped from the void..."
Ryuu then suddenly stood up from his seat on the rock.
"That is why we need to train. Jack will waste no time in setting his plan in motion and neither can we. If you are willing I would like to try and teach you a special force form... it is one of the forms used by the Intangibles. And I should warn you, it is not one a Jedi would typically use."

Moonfire nodded her head quickly. "Anything to help Master Ryuu, I'll train and fight until peace and balance is restored." she said bowing her dark head.
"What is it exactly will you be teaching me?"

Ryuu lowered his head, snapping his fingers a flame formed in his hand.
"Fire form," Ryuu said, looking into the flame, "The fire form was taught to me by my father. It is a highly aggressive form whose goal is the complete destruction of the enemy. I don't think I need to tell you the risk of succumbing to the dark side is great with this training. In fact... I myself never completed the training for just that reason."
Clinching his fist, the flame went out. Ryuu then turned to Moonfire slowly.
"I've grown since then and learned from my mistakes. Still, this sort of power is not something that is to be used or even taught lightly... are you sure you want this?"

Moonfire watched as his hand caught fire, and then soon went out as Ryuu explained it. Her eyes watched the flame dance over his fist and hand as he told of how easy it was to succumb to the darkside, how easy it was to fall from the graces of the Jedi.
"You came here to offer teaching me this, you must believe I can do it. I will try my hardest not to disappoint you, Ryuu." Mooney said looking at him with a soft, only partly forced smile, trying hard not to blush and embarass herself.

Ryuu smiled softly back, nodding to her. Of course he believed she could do it, but he had his doubts. Regardless, it was a risk they would have to take.
"Then shall we begin?" Ryuu said, opening both of his hands and creating flames once more, "Combustion... it is Fire forms most elemental... most fundamental technique. The ability to create fire. How is this possible? Through your training here and at the temple in the force you've learned that no matter how great or small the force can manipulate any object. This is true even of the air in your hands... all around you... all around everything."
As Ryuu extended his arms the fire began to swirl around his entire body before finally fizzling out.
"We'll start simply with your hand. Heat is created by rapidly moving air molecules, the faster they move the hotter the air becomes. Use the force to speed up the air molecules in your hand to produce a flame."

"Okay...." Said Moonfire as she lifted a pale hand out in front of her. She watched the hand for a moment, the fingers long and outstretched, closing her eyes she tapped into the force, moving it gently through her body, trying to concentrate on the air around her hand.
The air molecules moved quickly, swirling about her open hand. Finally closing her hand quickly into a hard fist it was engulfed in flame. Her eyes still shut tight she muttered "Did I do it...?" she asked cracking an eye open.

"Heh, yes, very nicely done," Ryuu said with a chuckle, "You have to maintain your concentration though, so not to burn yourself. With practice it will come more naturally to you."
Ryuu then created a flame in his own hand again and stepped up to the canyon wall.
"Now that you can create fire lets teach you a little of how to use it. Fire form is primarily an offensive form. Your goal when using these techniques is to take out your opponent as quickly and decisively as possible. Which brings me to the first attack."
Ryuu suddenly then turned away from Moonfire and delivered a force palm to the rock face resulting in a fiery explosion that took a chunk out of the canyon wall.
"Fire Palm is a very simple technique. Just as you would use a Force Push, the force comes from your palm and out at the opponent. The only difference here is you're sending the super heated air around your hand into the foe as well. This can be done from a distance as well, but the impact is much greater if it is delivered directly into the opponent."
Ryuu stepped back away from the wall and motioned Moonfire forward.
"Give it a try."

Moonfire nodded as she walked up to the canyon wall, her eyes fluttering over the dent from Ryuu's attack. Closing her fist again she watched it catch fire, much easier this time. She smiled and closed her eyes trying to concentrate again, not really a strong suit of hers.
I should probably mediate more... get that concentration level up a bit more... she thought as she extended her palm out and Force Pushed the flame against the wall. She smiled giddly for a moment, proud of herself for doing it, before being replaced by a look of pain.
"Ow! Shit!" Mooney exclaimed as she grabbed her hand with the other. The fire had successfully blasted out from her palm and into the rock wall before her, but she had become distracted by her own success a moment to soon, burning the very tips of her fingers as she pushed the flames away from her.
"Gah... Stupid... stupid..." she said as she openned her hand, looking at the red, blistered finger tips.

"Heh, don't be so hard on yourself," Ryuu said, "Even the simplest master level force techniques can be very difficult to control at first. And control is very important with these levels of power. If you doubt your abilities to control the power even a little then you should never use them in a real battle. You could end up doing much more then just damaging your enemy. Trust me, I know."
Ryuu's hand took the flame again and he extended it back towards the wall.
"Remember, it is not simply the force that is moving with this attack, the force is moving the air."
The flame shot from Ryuu's hand again and crashed into the wall.
"The air is concentrated around your hand. Send that concentration forward. In Air Form this attack is simply called the 'Air Cannon', with Fire Form we take it up a notch by super heating the air. See if you can do it without the fire first, then add the flame to the attack."
