League of Non-Aligned Systems (LONAS) Personnel Manual.
Do not go gentle into that good night,
Old age should burn and rave at close of day;
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
Though wise men at their end know dark is right,
Because their words had forked no lightning they
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Good men, the last wave by, crying how bright
Their frail deeds might have danced in a green bay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
Wild men who caught and sang the sun in flight,
And learn, too late, they grieved it on its way,
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Grave men, near death, who see with blinding sight
Blind eyes could blaze like meteors and be gay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
And you, my father, there on the sad height,
Curse, bless me now with your fierce tears, I pray.
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
General
The League of Non-Aligned Systems consists of two major governments. The Republic of Ilium and the Centauri Prime Initiative. The two systems aren't part of the Republic and have formed the League of Non-Aligned Systems.
Its an economic alliance which combines it's military forces into one coalition. The planets enjoy free trade which is protected by the combined forces of the Ilium system and Centauri Prime.
Most of the military production is done at Ilium's large shipyards but some ships are built on the surface of Centauri Prime. Most of the military is from Iium but Centauri warrior cast has stepped up recruitment as well.

Supervisors
All members are now divided into groups, in order to maintain organization. Each group is run by a Supervisor. Orders will be passed down the Chain of Command via these Supervisors so it's imperative you follow the directions of your supervisor.
If you have a problem, you should handle it at the lowest level possible. For instance, lets say you are a warrior recruit and you think you are being treated unfairly by another member within your group, or a member in another group. You should first go to YOUR supervisor with it. your supervisor will do what is necessary to help you out. If the problem is so bad that your supervisor can't handle it alone, he will go to HIS supervisor and request help.
Again, keep things at the lowest level possible, don't go over your supervisors head and report problems to higher command. The only exception to this rule is if your supervisor is the cause of the problem your having. Should that happen, go up to the next highest level and go to his supervisor.
Also, for the record, the Supervisory status is an authority given by appointment, not rank. It is possible for a member of a lower rank to be the supervisor for a member of higher rank. i will try and limit this as much as possible but please understand that it may be unavoidable.
Should this occur, the Supervisor has the last word on matters pertaining to the group itself. Outside of group matters though, the higher ranking member has authority.
