Rules This fight is to in no way impact the actual plot or RP, this is merely a fun fight that will remain in the Main Stories board. There is to be no armor, no force powers, no hidden weapons. Only weapons to be used in play are regular steel and iron swords, though both may use the sword of their choice. No tricks, no cheating, and lets keep this as realistic and fair as possible. Drake and Zilfer are judging, so if there is any disagreements, they have the last word.
Lets Go! Moonfire smiled softly as she jumped nimbly through the trees, the brown and green splashes blurring in her vision as she did so. Long black hair floated behind her as she neared her target, the great brute of a man, Ash Lighting. If he could be called a man at all. A pale hand moved tentatively to her blade, drawing out a long double edged katana, both edges sharp as razors, the sword singing lightly as she removed it from the sheath. Holding it firmly in one hand she beckoned her opponent. "Come on, scared of a little girl?"

Ash's size hid what was really their. Most people would expect him to be slow and hit hard, but he was fast, very fast. He jumped back from the girl who landed near him, drew one of his katanas off his back, and slammed it into a tree, where he held into it. His feet were firmly planted on the trunk. His gray eyes narrowed as the girl spoke.
You should be scared about not being able to keep you head.
He meant it both metaphorically and literally. With his open left hand, he drew his second katana, and jumped at the girl, pulling the first out of the tree as he did so. He landed just out of her striking range and locked his eyes with hers. He smiled and decided to play around with her, just for laughs.
When were done here, how about we go partying on Zeltron together. Sounds like fun?
He laughed and brought his right sword up horizontally to his head, almost like a salute. The left one stayed near his legs. [/sub]

Moonfire watched at the brute of a man as he slammed his katana into the tree next to him. Instinctivey she jumped back, seeing him lurch forward at her katana at the ready. Witty banter escaping his lips, she all but chuckled at him.
"I don't think you'll be in partying condition after this over, brute." her hand wrapped about the katana tightly as she jumped up into the tree behind her, her feet padding across the tree bark, scaling it quickly and squatting on branch. Looking down at her opponent she grinned.
"Well, come on, hit me."

Aw, don't call me 'brute,' its rude. Call me Ash, toots. [/b] Ash smiled up at the girl and shoved his katanas into the ground. With his right hand, he itched the back of his head. His left hand twitched slightly. It seemed as if he wasn't really paying attention to the fight at hand for he watched a butterfly coast by, he smiled at it. He watched it, but listened for the telltale sign that the girl was going to attack. His hearing was what he was focused on.[/center][/sub]

"Toots? Please tell me your mother taught you better manners than that."
She said remaining still in the tree, but couldn't help but smile at his odd comment. Figuring he was waiting on attack she groaned, it seemed her own policy of waiting for her attacker to strike was being repeated by the rather large man below her. A pale hand moved to her hip, pulling from the holster a shining dagger. Clutching it in hand she jumped once more, moving to another branch of a nearby tree, tossing it down at the man as she hopped in the blur of black and blue.

Ash spun, easily dodging the dagger. He reached down and picked it out of the ground and examined the blade of it.
If you must know, my mother is dead.
She tested the tip, looked at the girl, and flung the blade near her head. He missed purposely, and the blade flew nearly faster than the human eye could track. If she managed to move, hopefully it would be away from the danger and not into it.
Please don't talk about her anymore. If you do, I will be forced to hurt that pretty little face of yours. [/sub]

Hopping down from the branch Moonfire listened as the dagger met wood with a dull thud. Ripping the steel from the tree she smiled, looking down and taunting him.
"That the best you can do? My grandmother can throw better and she doesn't have arms." she shouted as she jumped down from the tree, landing close to the much taller man and tossing her dagger at him once more, aiming for his arm.
"As for your mother, was she a troll? Or just ugly enough to make you look like one?"

Ash's eyes narrowed as the girl jumped down from the tree, neared Ash, and threw the dagger at him. He twitched-turned right, catching the dagger with the same hand. He tossed it up, caught the blade, and threw it at the girl's cheek, then lashed out in a kick to her chest. His left hand grabbed one of the katanas, and he lunged to plunge it through the girl's chest.
Stop it with my mother, She was much beautiful that you. She also didn't need to be a whore to get some action. Tell me, how is your whoring yourself off? Still a virgin, I assume? I was being polite earlier, but I wouldn't bed you even if I had a chance to become the emperor by doing so. [/sub]

"Thats better, come on, get angry. I want to see you really fight me." Moonfire laughed as she ducked down and rolled quickly out of the way of both the dagger and the kick, hopping up into the trees once more and sitting up in a low branch as she retrieved her dagger once more.
"No worries love, I know my virtue is safe from you. Though to be honest, I can't see you being attracted to anything more than a rotting stump. Well... that was a lie, your mother probably looked a little worse than that." Moonfire taunted again from in the tree as she jumped higher into the branches.

Better an ugly stump than your ugly mug.
Ash grabbed his other katana, holding it reversed, and slowly walked to the tree below the girl. He sheathed his right katana and jumped, grabbing a branch above and to the right of Moonfire, quickly hulled himself up, and slashed at her weapon arm.
It looked odd when Ash was fighting with his left arm, but it was as smooth as any fighter. He jumped back to the ground and back away.
Why don't you and your mug come down and take it like the..
There was a rumble, and the earth started to shake. Moments later, there was a bone-shaking boom, and the planet started to pull apart. Lava pooled around the forest, but the trees, besides some sinking, remained unaffected by seismic activity. Ash jumped into a tree, landing softly, to avoid loosing his legs.
Well this is interesting, isn't it. Lets see how well you multitask with fighting and avoiding the lava.
Ash leaped to a rock and almost flew at Moonfire, going for a quick stab. [/sub]

Moonfire moved to the side just as Ash sliced at her arm, moving just enough so his blade barely scratched her arm, leaving a thin bleeding line across her skin and through her tunic. She winced lightly as she clung to the tree tightly as the Earth shook and lava spilled out along the ground, setting fire to most of vegetation. What a shame, it was a nice forest. Gathering her bearings she hopped down from the tree she was in, moving to what appeared to be a much larger and stabler one. Hopefully it'd outlast the lava.
"Please, I could do this in my sleep." she said as she watched Ash jump up to her, Moonfire jumped herself, katana clutched in hand tightly as she jumped towards him to, flipping herself to land on his back and stab her sword into his large side.

To Ash's eyes, Moonfire moved slowly, but that was because Ash was accustom to going fast, and seeing fast things, so his eyes adjusted. Just as Moonfire landed on his back, he twisted and grabbed a branch, flipping over and spinning. The inertia should be enough to throw the human off, and if not, then make her hold on.
His flip sent him flying back first into a branch, hard enough to knock the wind out of him. He flipped and landed on a branch. He had a nice thin scratch down his side now, and his tunic had a larger hole in it now. His arm also had a cut where it hit the blade during his maneuver.
Soon you will have an eternity of sleep. [/sub]
