::The cold undercity of Coruscant was alive with many things. Frequencies and signals flying back and forth; heralds of messages unknown to most that they passed. Mottled masses, churning amidst the refuse and grit of day to day existance, grinding through the streets, too overcrowded or forgotten to be found by even the sunlight. Everything was bathed in the erie, yellow glow of the artificial lights. One corner of a narrow alley was alive with something else, however. Between the chaos and the motion, one could catch sight of this corner's inhabitant. He was very large, and stood almost unnaturally still. His name was Daken...and he was alive with the force. No one knew exactly how he had come to be there every day around the same time, as no one had cared to ask. For now he simply stood, eyes covered by his dark hood. The lonely figure in the forgotten corner of the planet's most forgotten alley.::

Bah.... I told myself that I wouldn't come back here, and here I am. C'mon, Akira, Lighten up. We beat the martial law to get here, and we can beat it back into space if you want. Its not that. I have bad memories of this planet, even before the old Jedi were disbanded, and the new Jedi took over. Oh well. We are forging a new life, so forget about the past... By the way, why are we here? I felt a twinge in the force here. I wanna check it out. Alright. Try not to get hurt. Thats all you organics are good at... Shut it, Yumi
Akira laughed slightly as she shoved Yumi over. Her holo droid was in her normal form: petite girl with long pink hair in pigtails, bright pink eyes, and a dull blue, tight jumpsuit. Akira chose more natural colors of dark green and brown, but it still reveled her figures. Her long hair was tied back in a tight braid.
The two sneaked onto Coruscant in Stealth-X's, intentionally landing in the beaten down lower city. Their ships remained cloaked, but Yumi could track them back. Akira led the way, fallowing her instincts and the force, but was eventually led astray by a different touch in the force. Curious as always, the human and droid duo made their way to where Daken sat. Both Akira and Yumi had a lightsaber hidden easily within reach, just in case this guy proved to be of trouble.
Hey, are you alright?
She bent down, bending at the waist, and, with her right hand, held loose strands out of her eyes, instead of bringing them to the side of her head and holding them there. She could feel the force in this one, but didn't know if he was able to use it. Though he may have been trained in it, he may have forgotten the ways of it, like how she use to be. Yumi stood behind, looking at Daken, smiling slightly. What she was actually doing was reading his bio-readings, so she would be able to get a jump on this guy if there was a fight. It was like an illusion of force precognition, and just as accurate. [/sub]

::Daken looked up and stood as the two approached. He was never impatient, and had been waiting here for someone to perceive his presence. A slight smile came to his face as he recognized that this woman was a Jedi.:: "Yes...I am fine...I've been waiting for you sister. May the force be with you." ::Daken extended his hand to shake.:: "My name is Daken Idina..." ::He leaned forward and spoke in a hushed tone. His voice was very deep, and careful. He seldom used it when it was not necessary. In all things, moderation.:: "I am a Jedi Padawan...or...I was..." ::Daken's hand motion showed his lightsaber on his belt...the last gift that the order had given him before the chaos of his new life had come. The force took care of its own.::

Sister? Call me Akira, and this is my droid and friend, Yumi. Yo. Anyway, why would you tell someone that your are a Jedi? Maybe I am a Jedi with the new order hunting down those who aren't aligned with us...
Akira stood up and used the force to release the magnetic clamp holding her lightsaber hidden on her leg, and brought it up to her hand, though she didn't ignite it. It was stupid of Daken to mention that he was a Jedi in front of an unknown force user. It was a good thing that she wasn't aligned with the temple. [/sub]

::Daken had a good eye for people. He realized his mistake however, and nodded. He had been reckless after such a long wait. He took his lightsaber off of his belt as well. He took a step back from the girl that he was now very wary of.:: "I don't think that it would be in your best interest to quarrel with me here..." ::Daken angled his saber at Akira's chest. He had picked up many things from his master. Keeping a close eye on the droid as well as the jedi in front of him.:: "Where does your allegiance lie?"

AMBPH!
Akira threw herself on Daken, tackling him to the ground and hiding the lightsaber between them. Her eyes were wide as she felt for any curiosity of them concerning the lightsaber, which was held in clear view.
Don't go waiving those things around. Their a magnet for the new Jedi if anyone figures out if we have them.
It was then that Akira realized that she was lying on top of the stranger. She jumped off and started blushing profusely. After a couple of seconds, her entire face was beet-red. Yumi was bent over laughing. Akira was so embarrass that she wasn't able to make a comeback to what Yumi was saying.
Take it easy, Akira, you don't even know the guy yet. Anyway, Daken, her saber was hidden out of view by my body and hers, and she drew no attention to her using the force. [/color][/sub]

::As Akira sprang, Daken had to make a split second decision. He decided not to activate the weapon and run the girl through. However, there was no way that she would be able to knock him to the ground. He caught her in mid-air, his 215 pound frame not budging. He let her down as she blushed. He realized that this girl was not her to harm him.:: "I'm sorry...I have only a rudimentary control of the force...I have no protection but my lightsaber...I do not fear the false Jedi order." ::It was very clear that Daken was young and confident, but not in an aggressive or arrogant way.:: "The worst that they can do is kill me..." ::Daken placed his lightsaber back on his belt. He was glad that he did not have to use it today. At least not yet.::

Akira looked up, cured of her embarrassment, when Daken mentioned that he was unafraid of the new Jedi, and that the worst they could do was kill him. Even Akira heard stories of what they could do, and many of them weren't pretty.
If only that was the worst they could do. I heard that some members could make their way into your head and give you the worst torture of your live, breaking you on the inside, but doing no bodily harm. They will make you wish you were dead.
She zoned out for a moment, thinking back to her old friend. She heard rumors on the wind that he learned the force, and was getting training from all over the galaxy right now. She hoped that he didn't join up with these new Jedi. After a couple of moments, she looked at Daken again, and tilted her head slightly.
You say something? [/sub]

::Daken shook his head. He sensed that Akira was distracted.:: "Live in the moment sister...always in the moment...we should go somewhere safe. I have been living in a small boarding house not far from here. The owners do not ask questions. Follow me." ::Without another word Daken slid past them, moving quickly. Nobody on Coruscant would take notice of someone moving briskly through the streets. Daken was tall and would be easy for Akira and Yumi to follow. He moved with the grace of a being half his size. The force was strong with him, even though he could not harness it yet. Daken slid past several unsavory locales before coming to a shady row of the block houses that could be found all over the lower level. He pulled out a small key and opened the door, motioning for the pair following him to move inside.:: "Come...room number nine...do not remove your boots." ::Daken's comment could be recognized as a Zabrak idium meaning keep your guard.::

Akira stood and fallowed the Daken, Yumi right next to her. It wasn't very hard to fallow him, for he stood up above everyone. They passed many shady people but eventually made it to a shady, run down building. They entered after him, and stood off near the wall, and looked around. Yumi was the first one to speak.
Nice shack. Tell me, did you buy get it like this, or decorate it yourself?
Akira used the force and took the legs out of Yumi, knocking the droid to the ground. She rose back from the ground a moment later, dusting off her 'clothes' [/sub]

::Daken's face showed no humor. He did not much care for jokes, or for droids.:: "Where have you come from? Is there news of the order? The true order I mean..." ::Daken removed his cloak, revealing the tunic of a Jedi. His lightsaber dangled from his belt. It was of a simple design, and one could tell that Daken was of simple tastes.:: "I have lost contact with my master...Saro Par-relic...if you have heard anything of him..."

I'm sorry, I've been away sense before the old Order fell. This is the first time I've been to Coruscant in years. I only hear things at space ports and cantinas. If your master is alive, he is in hiding... or worst.
This Saro master could have joined the new Jedi order. It was never good for a Jedi to turn to the dark side. It never caused any good in the long run, and only in the short run because of the power, but they could have also had that power if they worked hard enough as a light Jedi. [/sub]

::Daken was silent or a moment. He sat on his bed, motioning his hand to a chair beside the small desk in the room, indicating for Akira to sit if she pleased.:: "What is your rank and role? Would you be able to train me as a Knight?" ::Daken's voice was tinged with sadness, but it was easy to tell that he was eager to take some form of action.:: "I'm sorry that I have so many questions, but I have been waiting here for ages it seems. My training has been interrupted, and I still have much to learn. I wish to defeat those that would call themselves Jedi in our place."

Sorry, but i hold no rank or role. I choose to hide and learn what I can from those who can teach it. My own teacher is.... rather busy lately, so I took a break, and now you see me here.
Akira sat down in the chair Daken held out for her. Yumi seemed rather mad that he wasn't offered a seat, so sat on the bed near Daken. Just because he sensed that she was a droid didn't mean that she didn't like to be treated like a human. When in this form, she preferred to be called human, and was usually treated as so. She was also surprising light as she sat down. [/sub]

::Daken nodded gravely as he thought on the situation. He was making sense of things very quickly. This girl had a master who was loyal to the cause of the true order. Much could be learned through her. Daken thougt often that the force was kind.:: "Then there is still much to be accomplished and completed. I must meet your master and learn the ways of the force. There are no coincidences Akira...only the will of the force. It led you here to me for this reason."
