Name: Normandy-class stealth star yacht/c
Normandy-class stealth star yacht/m
The C stands for Civilian, while the M stands for military.
Information: While being a new, very nimble and quick, yacht, produced by the equally new Cerberus Corporation, it is already very popular for travel. It has also caught the eye of private military companies, and now a better armed and armored variant is for sale. The only differences cosmetically is the top 'fin' on the civilian yacht is removed, lowering surface area. It carries a pilot, co pilot, navigator, gunner, cook, and tech specialist, plus an extra room for 70 possible passengers for the stock model. The 4 wing/engine, one connected to the main body, and one to that wing, can move a total of 65 degrees, for landing and flying.
Dimensions: 90 meters in length, 25 meters in width, and 15 meters high.
Picture: Civilian
Military.
Ship Appearance: As stated above, the only cosmetic design difference is the top 'fin' is removed. It contains a 10X10X6 holographic observation deck, showing, in real time, what was going on outside its protective walls, unless programmed to show other scenery. Force users found this as the perfect meditation area. The lower two wing fins are reinforced to serve as a landing gear. Naturally stealthy, both the civilianand military models are hard to spot on sensors. Additional stealth plates and gear could be added as aftermarket accessories.
More information on the military variant can be found lower in the post.
Weapon Payload: Six retractible, small, compact duel laser cannons, one forward, one rear, two bottom, and two top, make up the only weapons on the civilian model, mainly to ward off any attacking pirates.
Defensive Systems: Civilian:The Normandy has 1 inch of durasteel and two low output shield generators, covering forward and rear arcs. An inch of Laminanium is used externally to absorb the first few blasts of of damage. Above this, aftermarket Stealth ablative coating is used for sensor invisibility. Sensor jammers, a counter-electronic suite, Gravitic modulator, and a advance computer targeting system rounds up the civilian model.
Sensor Systems: Civilian: The Normandy contains a small yet advance sensor suite, contained in the low/middle part of the ship. It is good for light spying, if needed, and a good reading on the surrounding area, and distance between a Normandy and other ships. The civilian contains a single hypercomm communication suite tower.
Engines: The engines are the true shining point of any Normandy. Four compressed and elongated modified HCE type-7 Silver-class light starship engine, giving any Normandy, stock or otherwise, a maximum atmospheric speed of 1,400, faster with shields on. A special cold burning fuel, or TibannaX is used to mask the ion trails. Vector thrust and careful engine manipulation by a highly skilled pilot can work a civilian Normandy like a bomber. Instead of having one or two large repulsar engines, a Normandy has 4 smaller ones, taking up less space. A class .8 hyperdrive allowes it to cruse anywhere in a hurry.
The last fifth of a Normandy is taken up by a modified power core modeled after that found on a Nebulon-b escort frigate. It is smaller, with a higher output of power for the engines, shields, and other system's.
ComplementA civilian Normandy have rooms for two tanks, repulsar or otherwise, four speeders, 5 jeeps, or six bikes, wheeled or speeder. Two AT-ST walkers are able to find room, but they must be assembled out of the ship. The bay could also be used to hold 2 Starfighter instead of ground units. Whatever choice is used, the units are deployed via rear hatch, or one of four elivators.
classification: Yacht

Information on the military model starts here.
Information:The military model cuts the most passenger space for added gear, weapons, and enlisted officers. The pilot. navigator, gunner, cook and tech specialist remain unchanged. An added engineer, mechanic, and 25 enlisted, and 5 officers are on board for whatever operations needed.
Dimensions: 90 meters in length, 25 meters in width, and 15 meters high.
Weapon Payload: 2 heavy laser cannons, forward mounted, 6 quad laser cannons, (1 forward, 1 rear, 2 upper, and 2 lower.) Three concussion missile launchers, two mounted forward, one rear, add some extra firepower. Each mag holds 5 missiles, plus one in the tube, for a total of 6 missiles for each launcher, and a grand total of 18 missiles.
Defensive Systems:2 inches of Durasteel and 2 inches of Laminanium armor, and the shield generators from a civilian Normandy are replaced with 1 larger, yet stripped down, JC-671 projectors, for better protection in fights. Above this, aftermarket Stealth ablative coating is used for sensor invisibility.
More advance sensor jammers, counter-electronic suite, photon absorber, Thermal dissipator, and targeting computers than are found on a civilian Normandy are installed, further taking up passenger space.
Sensor Systems: The military model takes the civilian sensor suite and increase the output power, as well as adding extra gear for accurate reading on ship class, shield strength, weapon power, and hull intregrety. It now contains two hypercomm communication suite tower, for better signals.
Engines: The engines are the true shining point of any Normandy. Four compressed and elongated modified HCE type-7 Silver-class light starship engine, giving the military Normandy a maximum atmospheric speed of 1,100, faster with shields on, due to extra weight. A special cold burning fuel, or TibannaX is used to mask the ion trails. Vector thrust and careful engine manipulation by a highly skilled pilot can maneuver a military variant like a small freighter. Instead of having one or two large repulsar engines, a Normandy has 4 smaller ones, taking up less space. A class .8 hyperdrive allowes it to cruse anywhere in a hurry.
