Bio:As a young boy, he never lived up to his fathers expectations as a Warrior. His father, out of anger at himself for making such a foolish mistake as to train a weak child like Celrin, and as a warrior no less. It was to the point where the boy was incredibly disobedient, and would not even follow a simple order. Once he even struck back at his father. The boys' father; Darth Rivan, froze the boy in a new experiment called carbonite, and sent him into space, along with the other garbage from the planet. The carbonite statue of the boy flowed aimlessly through space, getting knocked off of its main course, to the sun, by an asteroid.
He floated through space for somewhere around 2930 years. Being as his subconcious was still functional, he begins to review his past 17 years of life and all of his emotions he felt while training with his father and learning the ways of combat. His emotions begin to take mental forms in his mind, and the most prominent was anger. At himself, and his father for the way he treated him, and yet at the same time for not living up to what his fathers ambitions. Over time, the image began to slowly take the image of his father, thus becoming more powerful. The entity of hatred began to gain more control. Celrin knowing that this path would destroy himself and everything he ever will or has cared for. Deciding to confront this inner demon, he gathered the strength to draw it within his mind-scape, being the castle training grounds on which he was raised. Deciding now that he will conquer his anger and turn it to his strength.
Seeing the image of his father before him, he grows angry. The apparition then speaks. "Son, You have failed me for the last time.... You're no better than the worthless half breed that I once experimented with."
"Shut up father, I don't have to take lip from you anymore! you know I've learned from your lessons!"
The figure before him suddenly seemed more ominous in his black robes. His mask covering all but his emerald green eyes.
"Silence! Something with as little worth as you needs not the honor to breathe the same air as me. Prepare, for I shall extinguish the torch of life within you and add it to my own." So with that the figure of the boys father strides swiftly towards him, in a calm mood, walking with more confidence and morale than it seemed to have before. Drawing a saber hilt, the red beam of neon light streams out not a second afterwards, the sound of the constant hum being heard. Seeing this, Celrin realized that he had no means to defend himself, thinking quickly "This is my world and my mind, dammit!' He begins to materialize a blade of pure concentrated energy using the will of his mind, and parries his fathers blow in a split second. Jumping back, Celrin takes a minute to Re-Stabilize himself, and getting angrier at himself for not being able to see that strike coming. After he is brought to his feet he sees the image of his father dashing towards him. Excited, he drops to the ground, tripping his opponent and smacking him in the back of the head with the hilt of his sword on the way down. Surprised to see his father indeed not fall, but hardly so much as to stagger, he gets angry. Turning to face him, he reaches out his hand and Celrin started to levitate slowly at first, but is then thrown a good distance before he hit the ground. Bracing the impact, he rolls a distance and manages to spring back up and bellow a laugh directed at what appeared to be his father.
"If that's the best you can do old boy, you're surely slipping!" With that he dashes toward his father with a smile still on his face, and upon arrival he strikes at his father in a direct upward motion. And to his surprise it actually lands, sending him flying backwards screaming. Upon impact with the ground, his opponent dissipates into a cloud of smoke, swirling around him.
"Hmph."
Landing on Umbara, the statue of the boy is found by a group of
Near-Humans, and in turn is freed from his metal prison. Being in debt to the ones that Un-froze me him, He is forced to join the republic army. The man that Un-froze him, being the coward that he was, forced me to join the army under his identity.
One of his most notable missions while in the service was where his platoon was stationed/positioned as scouts. The basic means of operation was to spy upon the suspected rebellious encampment. Their own H.Q. being a small cavern coincidentally hidden nearby the enemy base. Unbeknown to them the rebels had already learned of their location and operations due to spies within the republic. Being of that it was he duty to patrol and of that during his run his entire team was captured and killed instantly afterwards. Barely escaping capture and death he smuggled himself onto one of the enemy freight carriers as it had carried his comrades on board. Once there he continued to cover his tracks by disguising one of the rebels outfits and then stole of of there ships to escape. While in pursuit of the ship he just so happened to find his comrades corpses. Feeling slight sadness and rage he then planned of to destroy the base from within. Through careful avoidance of others and good thriving hand skills he rewrote all of the docks ships to detonate once his ship had left the base was was clear of any damage. Succeeding in doing so he returned to the republic with a new metal awaiting him,
On one of his many missions, his squad was assigned to infiltrate an enemy camp After three years of service, Celrin is Dishonorably Discharged for wounding a commander out of anger. To hide his shame, he goes and buys a ship. An A-588 Tigerhawk (Interceptor Variant) to be exact, With the funds that he earned from service in the republic. After his years of service in the army, being 17 at the time, and being a combat enthusiast, He roams from planet to planet in study of Fighting styles from across the galaxy, over the course of 2 years (preference of swords/sabers techniques). His travels eventually lead him to Coruscant, being in search of a master to apprentice under. Looking through many of the books in the library, he runs across a record of a man named "Ravenous". Seeing the name, an emotion sparked in his mind saying 'I remember this name.. I know this person!'. Taking the chance he went to ravenous' former employer, only to find out that he had left recently on a voyage to god knows where. Upon further investigation of the library, He finds ravenous' Frequented section of the library. Walking down the stone steps, the door behind him closing and lights igniting as he descends, he comes across a specter. A surprised and disgusted look crosses his face as he staggers backwards, thus resulting in leaning against a wall dizzily. Bringing himself too, he attempts to start a conversation with the spectre. "Have you any reccolection of the man who used to walk these halls, spirit?" "There were many a man who walked these halls, youngling. Know your place, and respect me for I am of infinite knowledge... W-Wait.. I sense.. Some familiarity within you.. Have I not seen you before?" "Having not found comfort within your presence, I should think not, spectre..." Said apparition then pauses, with a blank look on his face, he puts a hollow finger to my forehead for only a second or two, he breaks the silence with a shallow gasp. Understanding that the young one cannot remember, for his memories were lost from him. "What deed have you done, for I am curious." "Silence, for i know the answer that you seek. Seek the man you are curious of. You shall find an unexpected relation with him that you have no prior knowledge of." "Thank you, specter.." As the boy turn to walk away, the specters voice then again breaks the hollow silence of the stone corridor. His face then appears mere inches before Celrins', although without a body to carry it. "You may find more than what you seek, Young one." Disappearing from sight, a low chuckle could be heard down the corridor. Ascending up the stairs, the bookcases that the boy failed to notice before, caught his eye. As he continued up the staircase, A book with no title, no binding except fragile strings tied in loops to form rings for holed paper, caught the boys attention. stopping as a result of overwhelming curiosity, he pull out the book and cracks it open slowly. Reading the research notes and what not, he hears a faint whisper, if a whisper at all, tremor throughout his whole body.... 'Ilum'........... Upon further reading, He come across some notes inneater hand writing, and in different color ink, also. The last line reads "Must find lord Nanashi" On a whim, and a spark of hope, He sets off on course to Ilum, thinking that maybe, just maybe he might find someone to call family...
