Dragoon 7738 exited hyperspace in the Ilium system, not far from the scene of the fleet battle that had happened not days ago. Jor put the ship on a coarse to take him directly to the site of the battle, energy from the shields and weapons put into the engines for extra speed.
Jor, alone in the Dragoon, looked over the initial scans of the area. A lot of scrap was floating about. bits of fighters and capital ships alike. This would be a prime spot for scavenging as was surprised he hadn't saw anyone picking the flesh off the dead already.
Normally he didn't have a problem with salvagers, but this time was different. This time his own ship was among the destroyed. His own ship, was one of the things they'd be salvaging for parts. The Memory of Corellia, or what was left of it, was floating in this space scrap heap.
Jor scowled and focused on controlling the Dragoon. He didn't want to crash into one of the larger hulks out here.

Dragoon 7738 floated silently next to the unpowered hulk that used to be the cockpit of the Memory of Corellia. He'd done multiple scans of the wreckage and was now in the process of donning his space suit so he could go extravehicular. He slid the helmet down over his head and locked it in place.
After a quick check of his airtight seals, he hit the hatch activation button and the Dragoon's side hatch opened up to space. Jor attached the tether to the side of the Dragoon and jumped out into space.
First and foremost, he got to Kells body. Slowly drifting the frozen solid body back to the Dragoon, he laid it down on the deck of the shuttle and strapped it down to keep it steady.
On his next trip he found his Mk 2 armor. The Mk 1 floated next to it but Jor didn't have room on the Dragoon to get it. He'd have to come back for it later. After floating the armor into the Dragoon, Jor floated himself through what was left of the ship to what used to be his quarters. He opened up the drawer under his rack and pulled out the sealed container within.
The green light on the side told him the interior of the container was still stable and it's contents undisturbed. He let the container float for a bit, then placed a proton charge next to his rack.
On his way back through the ship he placed three more proton charges, pushed himself off the hulk and back into the dragoon and put the container on the co-pilots seat.

Dragoon 7738 landed on the planet of Priam. The assault shuttle kicked up sand as it touched down on the sandy starport surface. Even after being a part of the republic for the past 20 years, the planet itself was still fairly primitive. Jor liked that about the place.
He climbed out of the Dragoon and talked to the dock master. Through the dock master he rented a speeder for a short time to go into town to buy supplies. He took his rented speeder and loaded Kells body into it. Driving out of the space port and out of town entirely, Jor set about the long process of gathering wood and piling it up into a funeral pyre for his apprentice, his friend... his son.

In the long grass over a mile away, a figure moved silently, invisible to the Force, camoflagued from prying eyes, silent, deadly, a predator. He was stalking his newest prey, the Jedi nearby. This victim had built up quite the bounty on his head from numerous parties in the galaxy, and Bloodseeker was here to collect.

Jor laid Kell's body out on the funeral pyre and lit it's base. The flame burned at the heart of the pyre slowly, going through all the kindling grass before actually lighting the wood logs and branches on fire.
Jor took out his short 3 foot amphistaff and laid it out on the ground. Opening up the sealed container he'd retrieved from the Memory he withdrew it's contents. A single green colored holocron in the shape of a cube, and a full length, adult Amphistaff that had been put in stasis.
Jor woke the adult amphistaff up, signaling it to go to it's full length. when sharp and ridged, Jor drove the snake's tail into the head of his 3 foot one on the ground at his feet. The shorter amphistaff wriggled a bit and then died.
Using the adult one, Jor cut the tail off the shorter snake and cut opens its flesh to retrieve the lightsaber that had been implanted there those 5 years ago in the unknown regions. he broke the lightsaber open over his knee and retrieved the green crystal within.
casting aside the other parts of the saber, he put the green crystal in Kells one remaining hand and let it rest on the dead bodies chest. Jor then stepped back and watched the fire finish engulfing the pyre and Kell.
Jor stood there, amphistaff in one hand, Holocron in the other, watching the smoke lazily rise into the air, the smell of burning flesh filling his nostrils. tears leaked down his cheeks, but they were not tears of sadness, or regret, or pain, but of burning hatred at those who had done this to his best friend.

Bloodseeker rose from the grass, not more then three hundred meters away, and he aimed.
His arm rose, his eye slits glowed a deep red, a soft click reached his enhanced ears, and the tranquilizer dart was on its way.
He immedietly dropped into the grass and was fifty meters away before the dart reached its target.

The dart struck home in Jors left shoulder with a thud. Jor dropped to the ground with a "doh" and his forehead made contact with the dirt.
Almost immediately Jor felt the effects of a drug, spreading from his shoulder down his arm and back up to his heart. luckily it was his artificial left shoulder so the foreign substance didn't travel as fast, and didn't effect all his muscles.
He had enough time to focus his thoughts, and channel his bodies defenses. He used the force to artificially trigger an adrenalin rush while at the same time did his best to slow his heart rate down.
He crawled his way to his speeder and retrieved his kit, from which he withdrew a battlefield first aid box. His vision blurred around the edges as he opened the box and pulled out a nasty looking syringe. This was the third time he'd done this to himself. He thought eventually he'd get used to it but it still scared the crap out of him every time. He stabbed the syringe into his heart and pushed the plunger, releasing the counter agent into his system.
In seconds his vision cleared and he felt the full brunt of the adrenalin he'd triggered himself. His heart really started going now and he forgot about the dull throbbing pain in his knee.
Just the same he grabbed a dose and pain killers and injected it into his leg to keep the knee pain manageable. Staying low he let the amphistaff coil around his waist and he drew his DL-44 from it's hip holster.
Someone had interrupted his friends funeral. That someone was going to pay dearly for their most grievous mistake.

Bloodseeker cursed very quietly as he saw the target recover with a syringe, probably an adrenaline injection. He shrugged, raised his arm, and launched a thermal detonator high into the air.
Simultaneously, he fired a series of steel spines at an extremely high velocity towards the target with his other arm, along with a pair of darts with a stronger trank.

Jor was already on the move. He duck walked the short distance to the side of the road where he rolled down into the ditch between the rode and the high grass at it's edges. His body sank into two inches of stagnant water at the ditches bottom.
Disgusted, he held he made sure to close his mouth and started moving. He heard a rather loud thud, something he quickly identified as some kind of launcher shooting something from a distance away, followed by several pangs against the side of his speeder where he'd been standing barely a handful of seconds ago.
Jor cursed, trying to keep his blaster from getting wet as he crawled through the mucky water a few meters before crawling up the other side of the ditch and into the long grass.
He shed his wet robes and then continued on, staying low and zig zagging. He stretched out with the force but didn't register anything but wildlife around him, except in one spot there was something, but he couldn't really get a grip on what it was.
The sensation it gave him tugged at his memory. He'd felt it somewhere before, but he couldn't put his finger on it. It wasn't very helpful to him anyway. he couldn't get an exact location on it, and he couldn't even tell if it was what he was looking for.
He'd just have to do this the old fashion way. Jor reached into his pocket and withdrew the old CoreSec badge he kept for good luck and gave it a kiss before replacing it in his pocket. Then he checked the charge on his blaster pistol to make sure it was full.
once everything checked out he headed back towards the road, and what he figured was the direction the shots had been coming from.

Hm... this was a tough one. Most targets squealed and ran if he failed the initial attempt, which didn't happen much anymore. Seeker stayed low, sliding his camoflouged armor through the wet grass silently. He moved like a snake; wriggling on his belly, keeping the motions of the swaying grass above him in sync with that of the wind.
He knew he'd probably blown his best shot to get this Jedi; in fact, it would probably be wise for him to abandon this attempt and try again at a more opportunte time. Unfortunately, this was the best chance he'd had in the weeks he'd been tracking the target, and he wasn't likely to get another one this good, especially now that the target knew he was being hunted. Seeker knew well enough the Jedi knew damn well where he was; the taozin-shell coating armor gave him immunity to Force-abilities, but it still stuck out like a beacon when a Force-wielder knew enough to pay attention to the spot.
There was already a tracker placed on the speeder so the hunter could follow the Jedi if no confrontation happened now, though that was seeming less and less likely by the second. Bloodseeker drew his silenced projectile-launcher, a blaster-type weapon that fired solid objects at speeds and velocities vastly beyond that of a blaster. Ideally, this would be enough to wound the Jedi.
The bounty hunter activated his heat-sensory system, finding the body in the grass within moments. He moved parallel to it, keeping the same distance between them as he waited for a chance.

Jor was being watched. He could feel the eyes on him, he could sense the hunting nature of them. With little to go on, Jor continued his coarse through the tall grass. Several times he tried to find his attacker with the force, each time he was met with the slipper feeling that he couldn't quite grasp.
After the sixth or seventh time he gave up on it and changed tracks. Instead of trying to find the person directly, perhaps he could sense his location through some other means.
He stopped for a few seconds and did an inventory of everything he had on his body. A few emergency flares, a rebreather device, his amphistaff, his wallet, datapad and a few squares of gum.
"Great" he whispered to himself. All his major gear was left in the speeder, but he couldn't go back there in the open. Whoever was attacking him had some major equipment. Launchers, slug throwers, dart guns. A pro, or at least a semi-pro with some extra gadgets. He'd need some help on this one.
He started moving again, pulling out his data pad as we duck walked through the tall grass. He connected to the holonet and accessed the Jedi network. He went to his personnel profile and flagged it flashing red, signifying that he was in trouble, then added his current location to his profile. He shut the datapad down and pocketed it again. Hopefully some one would see that soon, and was close enough to get to him in a reasonable amount of time
Jor then had a brilliant idea. he withdrew his amphistaff from his waist and pulled the dart from his shoulder. Holding the dart in front of the snake, he let it taste the projectile with it's tung and get a good look at it. He let the snake go and let it slither forward, then left, then to the right. Jor followed after it, hoping it would track him strait towards his hunter.

Drake had decided to make one more past around the area he was in to find Terrin. If anything he could probably pick of his tracks. One his pass Drake spotted a speeder that looked familar it was Jor's for sure. Drake started his desent and landed next to the speeder before climbing out, he walked over to it and looked around. Jor had left it here, even Drake was smart enough to figure out something wasn't right. Drake looked in the speeder most of Jor's stuff was still in it. "Why would he leave all his equipment like this?" Drake questioned as he closed his eyes trying to reach out with the force to find Jor. Drake had never been good at stuff like that but it was worth a try, though he didn't find Jor exactly Drake sensed someone nearby was in danger. Opening his eyes Drake started to move over to the area either Jor was there helping someone in danger or he was in danger himself. Drake pulled out his saber in anticpation for what could be happening.

Seeker immedietly noticed a new heat signature, much smaller, moving towards him rapidly. He had very little idea what this creature was, though the shape was definitively serpentine. It had come from his opponent, however, and so he was extremely wary.
The nanomicrobes in his body immedietly began altering the pheremones he was emitting, thereby changing his body scent. They released dye into his epidermal cells, changing what little was visible under his armor to the identical color of the grass around him. His armor began cooling itself to the temperature of the atmosphere, making his heat signature neglegible.
He logged into the holonet and began an automated search on anything matching these parameters, hoping to at least find it what it was. He'd done all he could to conceal himself from it, and so he waited.
Without warning, another being appeared quite close, and obviously headed towards his target.
It was time to bail.

Jor cursed under his breath. Drake had arrived and that meant things were about to get noisy. Jor aimed his blaster pistol in the direction the snake was going and popped off a few shots.
He rolled to one side and started running in that direction, shooting wildly as he went. Hopefully Dake would be sober enough to not shoot at him.

Drake kept going to the area he sensed the disturbance. He had a rather uneasy feeling about this whole thing. It was probably a good thing at this point Drake hadn't had his morning vodka. He pulled out his saber slowly and activated it, if Jor was in danger Drake could try to distract the guy long enough for Jor to get away or get the drop on him. Whichever came first Drake held the saber up in an attack position and charged into the area "BONZAI!!!!" Drake yelled hoping to distract Jor's oppenent long enough for Jor to move, Drake then noticed that Jor was already running towards him shooting Drake quickly reacted putting his blade up deflecting some of the fire back into the area Jor was blindly shooting from.
