The Corvette came out of hyperspace above the planet Chinine. Garok's father had told him that his distant ancestors had been Kumori, although the generations of the family today did not particularly call them selves any alignment. As he looked at the projection of the planet he knew there had to be at least a few Kumori down there; he only hoped one would be willing to teach him how to effectively use the force. He was clearly force-sensitive, but unfortunately his father had died before he had learned anything. His ship entered the atmosphere of Chinine, revealing a seemingly endless roof of tree limbs covering up most of the ground below. After a brief search he found a clearing where the ship could land near a village, although it would involve crushing a few smaller trees. Garok could tell the village was abandoned by the decaying structures, but it was as good of a place to start as any. He exited the ship, which then lifted off once more to provide any support if necessary.
Garok then headed toward the ruins, admiring the endless forest - he had been on Coruscant most of his life and had never seen so much of nature at once. When he reached the village he scanned through the ruins, wondering if he would even find anything here. Houses with caved in walls and roofs, buildings that were already completely flattened; this was a very old village. He continued to climb around onto the houses, thinking that there might be something concerning where the current inhabitants might be.

Elifain saw the ship land, from a short distance away, in the trees, and quickly said, and used, SHADOW ARTS! He used the force, and the shadows around him, to teleport him quickly towards the town he had seen the ship land near. He stopped on a tree, at the edge of the clearing, and stared down as a man, whom he assumed was the pilot, searched the village for something. Elifain used Shadow arts again, appearing behind the man, silently, before saying, Enjoying a walk? He figured he would startle the man, for how would a mandalorian, in full armour, sneak up on many people.

Hearing the man behind him, Garok turned around slowly. He was a bit startled, and while his hand was not on his saber hilt it was ready to draw it at any time. Seeing the man in Kumori robes, Garok thought it was a safe assumption that he could use the force; while he was relieved, he also knew he could be hostile. "Not a very pleasant walk through these ruins. I assume you are one of the inhabitants of this planet?" Garok thought it safer to test the man's hostility first and ask about leaning later.

ooc: uhh? my guys not wearin robes, he is in full mandalorain armour, lol. bic: Elifain shrugged, and said I am an inhabbitant, but I am not from here... He had his lightsabers hidden in his armour, and only the katana on his back in view. He looked around, and said, It might be a little safer to get out of the open...

OOC: Sorry, my fault, after you posted about him being in the mando armor I read his bio while I reading alot of other bios... and saw he had robes. IC: So he's an inhabitant. Garok thought. "Out of the open...?" Garok was curious as to why they needed to, but he thought it better to do as this man said. "Very well... where to? You lead the way."

ooc: np lol. bic: Elifain quietly led them to one of the least damaged buildings, and walked inside. He looked around, and used the force to probe the area around, and was glad to find that nothing with vile intentions was around. This will work... He said.

Garok, followed him into the building, and wondering why he was being led here, decided to reveal his intentions. "I have come to this planet to seek training in the Force. Are you willing to help me?" He knew he was being blunt, but he wanted to make sure this man knew why he was here.

Elifain looked, almost boredly at the man, before saying, What took you?, in a joking tone. He had noticed the mans connections in the force, but that was about it. I can teach you some of the kumori arts, as well as a jedi trick, and a sith trick, but beyond that, you'll need to find a higher ranking kumori. He was refering to shadow arts, force lightning, heal, and telekenisis.

Garok was a bit surprised that this man was so straightforward; that was also a quality he liked. Nodding, he said, "Very well. Thank you." After considering the abilities this man offered, Garok added, "Which one do we start with?"

The Konisou, or shadow arts as it is known to the outsiders, requires more concentration than the others, so that will be the last thing i teach you. Lets start off with healing. If messed up, it won't destroy the surroundings. He said the last part jokingly. Healing uses the force, to quicken the bodies natural abilities to heal a wound. You will not instantly heal a wound, such as a gunshot, or a saber slash, but it will make the healing process pass quickly. Also, trying to heal a decapitated wound isn't possible, since the body has no connection to the decapitated limb. He slowly reached up, and removed his helmet, set it down, and then removed his left hand gauntlet, before ejecting his right hand gauntlets vibro blade. He placed the blade lightly to his hand, and pulled it across the skin, opening his palm. He winced, and quickly closing the hand. Heal He whispered, and gave it a few seconds, before opening his hand and wiping it off, to show the wound that had been gushing blood, now barelly bleeding, but still open. He breathed out for the first time since the cut, pulled out a med kit, and quickly wrapped the wound. Get the idea?

OOC: Crud, sorry about this. I have been very busy... IC: Garok was greatly interested at he watched Elifain heal himself; he had been a little surprised when the man slit open his palm, but Garok had realized it was probably the most efficient way to demonstrate this teaching. Garok nodded, and said, "I understand the concept." He was eager to attempt healing himself or someone else, but first he would wait and see if Elifain would move on or ask him to try it.

ooc: np man. bic: Elifain finished wrapping the wound, and looked back to Garok. If you think you are ready to try it, then go ahead. I will wait, and watch.

Garok nodded. He decided it was probably better to try healing a small cut for his first try rather than an open hand. He lifted a rock off the ground with a sharp edge and slowly brought it above his arm. He then applied slight pressure, and drug it down two inches, leaving a rather pathetic 'wound'. He then began concentrating, and focused on his arm. He could feel the molecules ever so slowly healing his arm; as he concentrated, he used Heal as Elifain had instructed, and could feel the cut healing itself at a much faster rate. "I can feel it... it is healing much faster now." He did not bother bandaging it, for with its small size and rate of healing it was of no concern.

Elifain smirked, as he said, At least you are learning... now, do you think you could heal somebody else using the same thing, but on a bigger wound, or would you rather try something else Eather way, he decided he would reopen his hand, for Garok to try it on. He could always heal it himself, if Garok could not.

Shinra flew out of the trees and landed near the two men and looked around sniffing the air trying to find the scent he had been tracking, Shinra spun around and walked toward Elifen on all fours and looked at his open wound and said "aww i thought i found foods" he sat down his tail stoped wagging and just fell beside him.
