This topic, to newbs and veterans alike, is the new place were we sum up the rules. Kind of like a help thing for a game board this is intended to have the same affect.

First, some instructions. This is mostly to newbs but, well most of it is. It is also for veterans in case they forget. Here they are in flow chart form with examples.
1)glow

type text-->higlight text-->press button with highlighted capital G

*if color of glow is wanted to be changed, simply look to the first tab and delete the color and change it to you're liking.* (some colors may not work)

It goes something like this [color,red,2300] delete red and put in you're own.

How change the color

same thing, type, highlight-->go to colors arrow, press and select you're color!
EX: owa tada umfa ckIam
*If you don't get that, I'll smack you! wait, no, my avatar will shoot you !lol

How, to scroll/crawl it

yadayadayada-->press the button that looks like this <--M

To get you're own avatar you must

click on you're name--> go to modify profile (at the top)-->scrool down past where you can post you're own website-->find avatar on google/some other search engine-->click it, click it one more time to enlarge-->copy and then paste the URL into the place on you're profile where it says to put it--> change size (height and width cab be up to 100)--> click modify profile and tadaaa? you are finally done!

You can check your[glow=silver,2,300] personal message box [/glow]at the top of the screen if your [glow=blue,2,300]signed in[/glow]...for those that didn't know.

How to modify... (If you don't already get this my avatars going to shoot you...)

look in the upper right hand corner in of you're post in the blue bar--> should be display of 3 things, click modify and poof! modify away, you can do this up to 3 times I think.

*of course, there are the other 2, delete and quote.*

How to modify the message Icon (little piecd of paper next to usually flaming folder)

click "reply"-->look under re:reply thingy-->clike on the arrow (which should lead to a list of different symbols)--> pick one-->now you are done.

*simple, wasn't it? It also changes, when you make a thread it appears next to the folder, when you make a post, it appears next to the re: reply thingy. There, happy now? ;D

One thing I kind of forgot... how to give and take karma:

look at lower righthand side of person's post-->2 things should be there "exalt" and "smite"-->smite is take a karma, exalt is give a karma-->pick which one you want and be careful, there are always reprecussions.

*smiting does not give karma to you, it just destroys it, exalting does not take away you're karma, it just pulls it out of thin air.*

You can change the board skin you want to use by editing it in your profile.We got like 4 or 5 now.So choose your poision.

To edit your profile click on your name and pick the option<(for any noobs)

how to veiw someone's profile

look under picture at the top-->should say home, help, search, MEMBERS, calender,profile, and logout in that order from left to right-->click "members"-->find and click the name of the person's profile you'd like to veiw.

*you can also do this by finding a post/thread with the person's name on it and clicking it. If you break a rule us mods will screw with it into something like pink fuzzy bunny or mime boy... so be careful.
